Cafe Steam at Two Discovery Square — Restaurant in Rochester

My first time at this location, will definitely return. The staff was helpful, drinks were delicious and beautiful. Lots of quick grab breakfast items. We tried the giant biscotti with chocolate chips. I kid you not, it hung over the plate. It’s for sure a serving for 2-4. However, very good in my Macha The guest with me just had a light roast cup of coffee. Said it was VERY good, and she too will return. The area has to be amazing in the warmer months, great outdoor seating. The seating is ample with several groupings near the stairs. Lots of plug in for laptop and working. There are several Cafe Steam locations in Rochester, all serving excellent coffee, but this location is my favorite for the wonderful atmosphere - the floor-to-ceiling windows are fantastic in the wintertime and provide a great place to study or have out of office meetings. If you're a Mayo employee, you should be able to access the Mayo network from this location.

One thing I really appreciate is that the baristas are really friendly and helpful, and the people behind the counter are often the ones roasting the coffee at their local Colorway coffee facility.

This coffee shop used to be my favorite spot in Rochester. It's spacious and perfect for bringing your laptop to study or just to relax and chat. One barista seems to have issues with filling the cups to the top. I changed my rating from 5 star to two star, because, every time I ordered a large yeti with the normal amt of ice the same barista does not fill the cup.
