Erbert and Gerbert's — Restaurant in Rochester

I called in for an order and talked to a nice lady and told her I would call back in 3min. I then called a man picked up and my sister had the tv very loud so I said could you please repeat that then he said it in a very snobby way. "What's your number!!" Keep in mind he is the manager. Then I ignored it then he asked me my address. I then told him where it was. He then said is there any landmarks nearby and I said a school he then hung up on me. I called back 3 more times each time he hung up on me. I then used my house phone and he answered then my sister took the phone and asked if she could order my sandwich. He was talking obnoxiously and very rude. He told my sister he is running a business and he doesn't need any smart ass remarks. My sister pretended to be my mother and said "you just talked to my daughter very rudely." He then said ma'am your daughter is very rude and a brat. He then hung up. So I called back and I said- "I would like to do this normal I would like to just order my sandwich" he then told me if you call back again I will call the cops. I said I am a paying customer, and if you are trying to run a business you are doing a very bad job at it. I then called back 2 more times. The first time asking what his name was and if he was the manager. He then said its non of your business. The second time I called sounding like mother and I used her number and name. He then took my order like a regular person. And I asked him if he was the manager. He said yes I am. And I live almost 4 miles away not even, so my sandwich better be here soon. And if he deliveres or whom ever I am going to ask for their name and position. Other wise I'm not paying. I have had a...

Walked in today to grab lunch to-go and the manager had quite a few of the employees at one of the tables as soon as I walked in. He was hounding them in a non-respectful and non-productive manner. I don’t know the backstory, but the way he was talking to them isn’t the way to handle any situation. Couldn’t believe how he was hounding them, especially in the presence of paying customers.

The manager actually ended up going to the front to take my order. I ordered an 8’’ narmer on wheat with a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup. As he entered in my order, I had to correct him on the type of bread, the kind of soup and the size of soup. I’ve never had to correct someone at that location except today when the manager obviously didn’t listen to me whatsoever when I was ordering. He also never told me how much my order was and never offered me a receipt.

While another employee was preparing my order, the manager returned to the table with the group of employees and continued to talk down to them in a non-respectful and non-productive manner. I won’t be going back after seeing how the employees were...

I made an online order at noon but set the delivery time for 1:55pm since I had my break at 2pm. I waited for 50 minutes, mind you I called twice to see if they had sent it out yet. The first time the girl answered she said they had just gotten done making it but were out of the jalapeño chips and to pick different chips I said “ ok bbq is fine” she said it would arrive shortly. Mind you I only work 5 mins from them. So I waited 15 more minutes then called back and the same girl answered the phone I asked her again if my food had been sent out yet. She asked for my name and said that she doesn’t see an order for me. I told her I just called and talked to her then she goes on about “well it’s on it’s way now” and that the reason why it’s so late was because they couldn’t get a hold of me for the chips and they said they called my work place but my boss told them I left at 11???? How does that make any sense!!! Never ordering...
