So very disappointed in this place. Came very early to get a table to see a live performance. The bartender, Erin, told us where we should sit. We sat at the table she suggested for three hours, buying drinks and waiting for the live performance to begin. Literally five minutes before the show, and with the bar jammed packed, a male employee came up to us and told us he was kicking us out of our seat to make more room. I explained to him we specifically came early to get a good seat, that the bartender specifically told us to sit where we were sitting. He could’ve cared less. No understanding, no customer service, no willingness to make the situation right. I said something to the bartender, Erin. She didn’t care either. They kicked us out. We never saw the performance. Cool bar and atmosphere. Bartenders are horrible and are more about chatting with friends at the bar, or flirting, to take care of other customers. They should start itemizing your selections instead of ringing everything up as miscellaneous. No record of what you actually bought. Just a price. Not the most transparency or the most conducive towards a sense of mutual understanding. Otherwise...
