Ordered medium extra thin crust sausage and pepperoni pizza for lunch. Pizza was not totally cut. Taking it out of the box was difficult because the pizza was floppy and the topping was coming off as I gently pulled. My first clue of a problem. Eating the pizza I was again disappointed. The pizza was not only DOUGHY but SALTY. taking another bite didn't help. I now realized I wasted my money. $19.75 and $4 tip. Called to let them know. They didn't care. Cook told them he cooked the pizza thoroughly. While I was talking with him I realized I had called Napoli's Pizza which I STOPPED going to about a year ago because, eating their pizza one other time I bet into something hard and brown. Made me sick thinking about it. I couldn't make out what it was and that's when I stopped going to Napoli's pizza. I have no problem throwing this pizza in the trash to! Now it all makes sense. Delicious and more beef than you could handle. Deliveries are right on time or early. Pickups are always ready when I get there. Staff is always courteous. The only complaint I have is I have nothing to complain about. :) Good job Napoli's! Keep it up! Well I called them to order a pick up when I was in Beloit, put on hold, drove there still on hold 10 min later, showed the girl at the counter the phoneand said where's all the people that you put me on hold for 10 minutes ago? She snapped a sorry at me and I then ordered. I asked how long I'll wait. Another snap of 30 minutes from her. Read moreUpon calling this establishment for delivery, my girlfriend repeated our address, including our apartment number, several times. We wait for our food, finally an hour and a half goes by, we call them to ask where our food was and they never took down an apartment number to begin with. Mind you this isn’t a apartment complex, it’s a townhouse that’s very accessible and we can see anybody who pulls up within the lot. Nobody ever pulled up. After finally receiving our food, it was old and soggy. We reached out to settle our dissatisfaction and that we wanted a refund. We communicated with a manager named Frank who proceeded to blame us for not giving them an apartment number. Would not give us a refund unless the driver came back and swiped our card. This isn’t fair to the driver as he wasn’t the one who failed to write down our apartment number. Terrible service. Terrible business model. No longer a return customer. Shame on...
