Food was ok. Not as fresh as I hoped for. My biggest problem. Was that I wanted to know what kind of bread there was and I couldn't see the board. When I asked the sandwich artist about bread she stated to read for myself and pointed up. I squinted and still couldn't see it. An elderly woman in line behind me noticed that I was struggling to see and also informed me that it was on the glass on a sticker decal. Why did the customer have to help me? Because the sandwich artist pointed up to the board, turned her back to the customer, and appeared to take out her phone... Ok. Thanks customer in line for helping me out. Got the footlong chicken nachos and a footlong chicken and turkey flat bread. The amount of chicken on my nachos was maybe a tablespoon if I was lucky. My husband's footlong had one of the square paper cups spread over the sandwich that usually gets two. With maybe 3 slices of turkey. It was absolutely horrible.
When asked why so little he said Nachos 5 dollars. The sandwich thats all comes on it. That's the way they are made.
It was the worst customer service I have ever seen. The amount of toppings or shall I say lack of, leaves you angry and want more. You pay for this non exsistant food, that does not and will not fill you up. So take my advise. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Something definitely needs to be done...
Read moreGot a sub it was $5.45 use my debit card that has a chip to pay for the sub. Wildly enough there's a malfunction and I have to stick my card in 2 more times. Then I'm told that I don't have enough on my card which is impossible for you to see since I'm using the chip. The chip prevents any business from receiving any personal information or account balances. after finally able to purchase my sub I checked my bank account on my mobile app and it shows that you charged me 3 times for 1 sub. Walk back into talk to whoever the hell was in there and he tells me to come back tomorrow to resolve the issue. Beware check your bank account after purchasing any subs from this place seems a bit fishy and I'll have my bank cancel the transactions and do a further investigation into it to verify that my personal information...
