Jimboy's Tacos — Restaurant in Rocklin

So I'd like to say, for the quick taco fix, this is my spot. This jimboys has been very consistent with making the food just right. Not skimping on ingredients and everything very fresh. The employees have also been very attentive to the patrons' needs. The ground beef taco is always my favorite, the taco burger is very delicious, I love the beef burritos, and the taquitos are really good also. I do enjoy from time to time one of their tostadas, and I do like them all. My kids and wife really enjoy the chicken tacos amongst all the things that I like once in awhile they do get a little forgetful when you do an order but they're very helpful to correct it and extremely apologetic from what I've seen. The photo shows their beef tacos. Just so that you're all clear, this is just to my quick fix for tacos. Other than that, the food trucks have great tacos usually, but I have to be honest I'm making tacos at home. I've been to too many places several times for tacos, and they're never ever consistent. I'm old in my 30s now but 5 years ago I remember the bean and cheese burrito being an actual burrito and good. But In 2024, this is not a burrito, these is like a roll. The picture truly speaks for itself. I can't believe inflation and shrinkflation. Literally paying more and receiving less, that's absolutely ridiculous. Again this is $4.50 which is not that expensive now a days. But geez just charge a dollar extra and make a real burrito, it's seriously not that hard. But this photo is a picture of everything wrong with this world, also a tortilla and beans is the cheapest ingredients you have in this world. It really goes to show you this place is not even a restaurant, more just an establishment where they can squeeze their customers for money.

I came in around 5:30pm yesterday. I wish I would of have taken a photo of that taco! Such a disgrace of a restaurant! I ordered one taco burger with a frie and a large drink for $8.90. Took them over 5mins to get it serve to me. Turns out the taco burger was so small you couldn't even believe it(don't believe me i dare you to try it yourself!). In no way that was worth the money for anyone hard earn money! And for it to be such a pathetic combo meal! I finished that taco under a minute with three bite! And I only weight 120pound. Heck, anyone would've have a better meal with $8! Panda Express is literally next door to them and you may as well have yourself a full plate meal to fill you up anyhow.
