I have literally never given anyone a bad review, so this is a first. While waiting for my family to get done at the AT&T store, I was starving and decided to give y’all a try. I was totally fine that y’all ran out of your French bread and that it would be a wait, so decided on the wheat bread for the Cubano. Your staff was super friendly and I let them know I had never had a Jimmy John’s sandwich before and the young man told me he hoped my experience was good. I really thought it would be too. I got back to my car and opened it up and was all ready to bite into my sandwich when I noticed it had Mayo on it. I didn’t remember the description including Mayo, so I went back in and checked before saying anything. Sure enough, there was no Mayo on the menu. Still being understanding and wanting that sandwich so bad, I told the young man (different one this time) and he offered to make me another. I thanked him and said yes please and laughed as I explained my hatred towards anything Mayo. There was a young woman also at the front who kind of gave me a dirty look about it, but I was still happy I was going to get my sandwich sans Mayo. They made me another and I thanked them again. Got to my car to find guess what....MAYO!

Read moreI don’t know why the app set my order for pick up in Plano when I live in Rockwall but it did. I don’t even go or work in that area. Showed up to this location to pick up my sandwich and of course they don’t have it. I realized what happened with the app and I asked them if they could somehow reverse it and they said they couldn’t. I said, what am I supposed to do, and they told me to call the other place and have them cancel the order. I tried doing that, and the phone kept going to voicemail, so I was not able to cancel my order. Then, I try to re-order my food to which I discover they won another $13. I asked him if there was no way they could recoup that somehow and there wasn’t and they didn’t even try. They just expected me to fork out $$ again. Read moreStore 2563 is a Rockwall community customer service "poor" business. I placed an order mid afternoon online for one 6-sandwich box. I arrive to pick up my order and this chin-beard 160 lbs. slacker tells me he canceled my simple 1box order because they require 24 hours notice for "catering" orders. I've been to this location four times in the past 4 months and was able to pick up the online order the same day no problem. He recites back to me the small print 24hr notification online. Again Rockwall, it was one box= to six sandwiches....and while three associates had their feet kicked up on the seating and scrolling through their phones upon entry...they refused to try and make money for the entrepreneur who depends on them to perform basic customer service. "Freaky Fast" to lose the owner money and deliver poor customer experience is this Rockwall...
