Starbucks — Restaurant in Rockwall

ONLY REASON THEY GET ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO PUT IT OTHERWISE I WOULDNT GIVE THEM ANY. walked in ordered my drink waited about 15 minutes for 2 drinks gave me the first one and it was right then came mine it was overflowing like crazy I would try to grab it to clean it up and it would just spill everywhere, I tried to stick a straw in and it would spill it was just a MESS EVERYWHERE!!! I was so mad I couldn’t drink it, it had to be thrown away. I went back to ask if I could get my money back or if he could remake my drink and the guy I asked went and told the other guy (ANDY) to remake it because it was overflowing and just a mess and he said he’s(ANDY) never made a drink that was overflowing!!! I was livid at that point, then he made the drink and he was like ma’am here you go, and guess what IT WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THEN WHAT I EVEN ASKED FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT EVEN LIKE!!!! I went to the Starbucks at target across the street & fixed it...

I recently visited this Starbucks with a friend, intending to work for a bit while enjoying our drinks. Within about 10 minutes of sitting down, an employee approached us and told us we needed to order or leave. While I completely understand that businesses rely on paying customers, the way this was handled felt rushed and unwelcoming. It honestly felt racially charged.

I appreciate a welcoming atmosphere where customers can settle in before placing an order, and I’ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks or similar establishment. The interaction felt unnecessary and, frankly, disappointing—especially as someone who made an intentional effort to visit this location.

Aside from this, the café itself is a beautiful space, but the experience left a negative impression. I hope the management reconsiders how they approach customer interactions...

We stopped by here after the movies with our son. We got him one of the chocolate milks at the front counter along with our drinks. Being the typical young boy he was not impressed with the organic flavor of it and my husband ended up with a second drink. I went up to ask the ladies behind the counter if they knew of a better option that he might enjoy more but unfortunately the closest thing they could make would also have the organic milk mixed in. I said ok and left it at that. We were sitting on the patio when KRIS came out to us saying her and the other ladies behind the bar felt bad he didn’t enjoy the drink and wanted to make it better. They offered to make a coffee free chocolate Frappuccino on the House. Thanks to their kindness and going out of their way all members of my family left...
