I have been ordering from work 3-4 times a week for the past few months. I always order online. Usually they'd be pretty fast, about 20-30 minutes, but today they only had one driver working and I waited over an hour for my food. It's not the driver's fault, but management really needs to step it up and get more organized. Not to mention I ALWAYS have given delivery instructions to bring extra mayo packets because they never put enough mayo on my sandwich, and I always order extra mayo on it too. To my surprise these past few times, they haven't brought any. I tried calling up there several times, checking to see if they could bring me some. Triple checked the number and everything. They disconnected the phone! They need to pay more attention to delivery instructions and get more organized.
UPDATE: A few months later (today), I was getting hungry at work and I thought "hey, why not Jimmy John's? Management must be better after this long." Wrong. When the guy got here, I paid for my food with a 20 and told him that he could keep 10 of it. He obviously has trouble with math because he took off with my 20! I called the store and told what I assumed to be the manager about it. He said he'd call his driver. 20-30 minutes go by, I hear nothing. I called back asking if I was getting my money back. The manager said "ma'am, he's on his way. I'm sorry, but he has other deliveries to make, so I'm not sure when he's bringing it back." Like, sorry, not trying to bother you, but I didn't ask to get my money taken from me. Again, no peacemaking offer, nothing. I replied with "dude, this has happened 5 times." Anyway, the hefty kid shows up finally with my money, saying "sorry, was a misunderstanding!" "Okay." I reply. Him: "I'm not even supposed to be at work today." Well, tough luck, kid. That's life. I guarantee I work more hours a week (70-80) than you do. I'm lucky if I get enough sleep for the next shift. They DEFINITELY lost a regular today. Read moreJust left the drive through and am not sure I am ever coming back. This location used to be my go to for sandwiches but today they severly let me down. To start, it took FOREVER to place my order. The guy even stopped half way and told me he would be back in a minute. Upon returning, we got to start the entire order over again. When I got to the window, one person took my debit card and then left to go on a delivery. Minutes later another employee informed me that none of the drinks I ordered were on my ticket and he needed to ring them up. No problem. I arrive home and find out that every single sandwich in my order is wrong. Not "oh some of the toppings are incorrect" wrong, but "this isnt even what I asked for" wrong. So after spending 20 minutes in the "freaky fast" drive through, the only thing that was right on my order was the drinks that had to be rung up at the window.
I understand that mistakes happen and thats totally fine. I just have a hard time believing that you could mistakenly make the wrong...

I called JJ and all the person kept saying was “sorry your order will be there soon” I asked to talk to a manager and was told they were in the back and that I would need to call back later when they were less busy. Finally my order showed up and I opened my bag just too see that I received the wrong chips. And opened my sandwich and it wasn’t even cut in half like I requested. Then I tried my drink.
