Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Rohnert Park

OK, I didn't Want to have to do this but here it goes.

Let's start with the good and the bad.

The good: Great pizza, very yummy tasting.

The bad: Delivery driver arrived at the end of his 50 minute delivery window. My order was missing items. I called the store less than 5m after driver left (I realized missing items after the driver had left). Was told, he would be right back out. Exactly 1 hour later I called again, and also informed them that my food had gone cold due to waiting for this delivery driver to bring the paid for items and was told the same thing with no acknowledgment to my now cold food. 30 minutes later the driver shows up... with just the missing items.. I'm sorry, but if you fudge up my meal because of a missing item I would expect a little more from you than just an apology and my missing items. 50 minutes plus an hour and a half to get my complete meal is horse hockey.

Several things to note, if said driver had come back immediately I woiuld of tipped for his trip because and I may be wrong but it isn't his/her fault for dipty durr durr to leave an item from an order. However, driver took an asinine long time to get back out here, and showed up with no "olive branch" per say. You know, a way to show that they are sorry for ruining my meal.

And yes, I gave 3 stars based on pizza and subtracted 2 because of service, my missing items and how...

I HIGHLY HIGHLY - recommend not ordering from Mountain Mikes Pizza on “Commerce Blvd “ the quality is low , more like a Dominos pizza . Called to request a refund because one of the pizzas had a long gray hair mingled inside the pizza.The managers asked me to send a picture of the pizza, I informed them that a few slices of that pizza had already been thrown in the garbage. He asked me to take the slices out of the garbage and send them a picture along with the rest of the pizza - YA THEY LITERALLY ASK US TO RUMMAGE THROUGH THE GARBAGE!!! Trying to be understanding we pulled the pizza out of the garbage, sent pic.Then they said they couldn’t see the hair, the manager refused the refund, offered a 20% discount instead for a future order.LOL made it clear that’s not going to happen. Not sure what you guys do but nobody here eats pizza all laden with hair, that’s pretty disgusting, claiming you can’t see the hair is a bit much. This entire experience has been incredibly unprofessional and the only person being ripped off is us. Again made it clear the pizza from the garbage has been put back in the box with the rest of the pizza, come pick it up you can pick through it to find the hair -not an option. They came for the pizza with a new one , that we didn’t ask for and didn’t want instead of giving us the refund.Beware...

If you are a fan of Mountain Mike's Pizza, you will love this location. I met a friend here for lunch. The decor in the restaurant is nice, with lots of wood/faux wood, plenty of seating including high bar stools, tables and booths. There is also a full bar in the restaurant and we were told that they are going to be brewing their own beer. There is a play area of some sort for the kids, which we did not visit but I noticed a bunch of prizes hanging on he walls, similar to a Chuck E. Cheese, so I wish I had gone back there to check it out. While Mountain Mike's is not my go to place for pizza, I really enjoyed eating here. We had the lunch buffet, which included all you can eat salad bar and pizza for around $10, with the option to add a fountain drink for around $3 more. The salad bar had a good selection of fresh veggies, plus some extras like potato and macaroni salad. The pizza selection was good too. There were 5 different varieties of pizza out, plus cheesy, garlic bread sticks. When my friend noticed that there was no dessert pizza out, one of the staff members went into the back and made one to add to the mix. It's definitely the nicest Mountain Mike's I have...
