There was only one car ahead of me in line. I ordered my food: three a-la-carte sides of chow mein, fried rice, and greens along with veggie spring rolls. I was asked to pull around front and they’d bring my food. I waited 15 minutes in my car and another 5 inside because no one would respond when I asked for help. They finally got me my food, which most was cold because it was just sitting there on the counter for who knows how long. They did not abide by their social distancing sign on the door that only allowed 10 customers inside at a time, and at least 6 of the employees were huddled on one side by the drive thru looking unsure of what they were supposed to be doing. While waiting in my car I also witnessed an employee come out to speak with someone personal for several minutes. I called to let the manager know and was told twice that her associates had filled the entrees insinuating I was lying about this. Nancy (the shift manager) eventually said she would give us two cub meal replacements. Driving 30minutes back up there to get this isn’t exactly what I believe should be satisfactory.but to be honest how the conversation was handled was more offensive than the missing entree. We are a family of seven and were excited to download the mobile app to be able to order online. Read moreIf I were rating just the food it would be a 3 or 4, but the customer service tanks it. I made an online order over 90 minutes in advance to be ready at 6 PM. I arrived at 6:04 and did not receive my food until 6:28. The staff has been poorly trained or not trained at all to acknowledge the customer. They all kept their eyes low so they did not have to catch the gaze of 11+ customers all waiting for direction. There was a sign for Online Pickup but the staff never went over there and it wasn't clear to anyone quite where to stand or where to go. The drive-thru was so packed it prevented other customers from being able to pull into the lot.
