Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Rosenberg

I stopped to eat here with my family after all of us getting off work. First thing, I walked in and waited by the registers for about 7 minutes while all the "line cooks" and other guys saw us but didn't acknowledge us or take out order until a young guy came out. Me and my wife ordered a BACON Cubano, which implies bacon and my daughter got the pasta. They guys were all just joking around and being loud and unprofessional, and by the time we got our food, me and my wife noticed neither one of us had BACON in the BACON Cubano we ordered. I had to call out to the line cooks multiple times before they acknowledged me and then when I told them neither sandwich had bacon they said "oh yea I forgot I'll make you some and bring it out" after me and my wife has pretty much finished our food. Then they laughed the whole time and said "it isn't a bacon sandwich without the bacon c'mon man". Extremely unprofessional, I am quite tired of going to places that cost a lot of money for a small portion of food and then they don't even make a sandwich right. I guess next time I'll be better off saving $35 and just making a sandwich at home. Also, the potato chips that are touted as made fresh come out of a bag from the store they just had laying on the counter. If I could rate 0 stars I would, I guess it's hard to find good customer service in the food...

In a time when good customer service should be expected at all restaurants. It is becoming exceedingly rare! This evening I had the good fortune to receive service above and beyond what I expected or paid for. When ordering, we had a misunderstand about what we wanted. Not sure if I didn't explain well or he didn't understand completely but it became irrelevant when it was discovered what we wanted was different than what was entered on the order. We had left the line and were getting salad plates when the host came to confirm our order and discovered it was wrong. I wish I had his name to give recognition but the receipt only identified him as "host 19". He corrected the order and made it right, to our benefit not charging extra to add to the order things that we should have been charged for. Our Bill was not cheap to begin with and it was nice to get a little extra. He brought our fixed order and showed extra attention to the details that made our quick dinner out, an exceptional experience. He followed up and made sure we were satisfied and did not come off as pushy or overbearing. Great job Jason's Deli, this gentleman should be training your people on how to be awesome at service. I never, ever, ever leave reviews but after seeing this I had to. I have been craving Jason's deli after being out of town for awhile and decided to bring my pups with me. Now some see that as odd but as I pulled up to the menu and got my food I questioned what the worker would give to his own dogs and told him about how I had mine and wanted to spoil them. I originally wanted the grilled cheese but knew it wouldn't be good for them (although none of the food would be but I wanted something they could enjoy) and the drive through employee (Micah I believe?) recommended the meatballs and I agreed. As I pulled up to check my order, and give my pups their well deserved meatballs THERE WAS A PUPPY DRAWN ON THE CONTAINER AND I JUST CAN'T!!! MY HEART GREW SO HAPPY AND WARM TO KNOW THAT IT WAS THERE!! I don't doubt that it was prepared with utmost care and I will definitely be coming back!! Bless this place and their one of a...
