Edit: Knocked down from two stars to one star for the support not actually reading the review and putting a cookie cutter response. Had they read the review, they would realize the response doesn't fit. This tells me Pizza twist doesn't care. To my viewers. Go somewhere else.
Restaurant: Pizza Twist 4191 Thrive Dr. Suite 100, Building D, Roseville, CA 95678
Main Question: Is the food worth the price?
Answer: Unknown. Never got past the order.
Wait Time: None today.
Food: Did not get a chance to try it.
Service: Here we come to exactly why I am writing this review. I would like all my viewers to understand about the service before they drive here.
The woman behind the counter did not speak English well at all. The words she spoke in English were perfect but she did not understand English and could not understand the order. She either didn't understand or she was pretending she didn't understand. I don't know which.
If you are ordering anything outside their normal pizzas, from this experience, go somewhere else.
Sneaky Charges: We were removing two toppings from their vegetarian pizza and adding one topping and they wanted to charge additional for it. That's just being sneaky. I even clarified with the lady as best as possible that we are removing two toppings and we're adding one topping. It's an additional charge? And she said yes. Answering that question, she could speak perfect English without a problem.
Recommended: No. Not from this experience. It's a chain. Go to a...
Read moreWhenever I am thinking of great pizza, two places come to mind. The first being the local pizza spot from UC Merced, and the second, PizzaTwist in Roseville.
My family and I are regulars, consistently amazed at the quality of the customer service and familial warmth that we have received as customers.
PizzaTwist contains all the markers of a great restaurant and establishment, as its imaginative Indian fusion pies create a food experience unlike anywhere else in the bland monotony of Suburbia's more established names - subway, pizza hut, Mcdonalds, etc..
Furthermore, the array of vegan and vegetarian options that are offered quell any worries about feeding your friends or family members that may have diet restrictions.
However, no place is without fault! I ventured to try the vegan wings, and though the flavor was spectacular, the texture was lacking. I'm unsure what the meat substitute was (if it was soy-based or other?), however, I would recommend experimenting with Seitan (Vital wheat Gluten), as its a major constituent in many wonderful meat substitutes -- such as the Field Roast brand (which you can find in the grocery store) -- offering a dense, meaty texture packed with plenty of protein! Gluten-intolerant persons or those with celiac's would not be able to enjoy this, however.

We are unable to consume dairy products and this is our go-to pizza spot. They offer vegan options on top of normal items. It is incredibly easy to remove and add ingredients on the pizzas, but I highly recommend taking a premade combo because they are excellent. I firmly believe Indian flavors are premiere culinary delights for pizzas 👌
If I were to recommend which items to order, I would go for the Tikka Massala and cheese bread. Oh my god the cheese bread hits the right spot.
We have also tried the normal and vegan chicken wings. Both are very small and probably pricey for the volume. BUT. They are delicious, especially the normal version. Not dry, full of flavor, just a bit on the smaller side compared to when you visit other...
