Update: I removed one of my stars due to really poor customer service. I did their online form which took like five minutes only for them to reach out and say they want my number. I gave them my number and then they said they couldn’t contact me and they didn’t even try to call. I called the call center and they couldn’t help at all. I’m so disappointed that this isn’t a five star review as the service was great, friendly and quick. The problem is the service was a little too quick. My lemonade is water or the absolute bottom of the lemonade container with water added to fill the cup. It tasted like water you can see how clear it is in the photo below. I was so disappointed as the Canes Lemonade is ICONIC and you pay extra for it :( The toast was also clearly old toast that was slightly reheated. It tasted old and stale. It was also lukewarm in some places and flat out cold in others. The chicken itself was great though. I am overall disappointed at the poor quality of food/ experience although the customer service itself was good.

Very clean and inviting restaurant indeed! I'd never been to this establishment before, but have heard of Raising Cane's on the Food network many years ago. Well, we decided to stop on a whim because we're from out of town, wanted to try something new, and were pretty hungry! Me, my husband, and 7 children devoured 4 orders very quickly. The food was very savory, and I like how the menu is uncomplicated. Raising Cane's serves chicken fingers, and that's precisely what we had. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. I asked right away if they used peanut oil, because one of our boy's has a severe peanut allergy and they quickly put my mind at ease and checked to be extra sure and assured me they only use vegtable oil in their establishment. I give this place 5 stars all the way!! The sauce is also very good, and compliments the chicken well.👌 My family and I left happy and with full bellies. Great job to all the staff and very friendly manager. We'll definitely be back on our next visit.

I am pretty sure Canes uses some bizarre version of chicken because it is flavorless meat. Besides that, there is no vegetable option. I don’t get the craze and it hurts my stomach when little else does. My order was incorrect. The two extra toasts I ordered were missing, the extra sauce I ordered was missing and the ketchup was missing. The application says “curbside pickup” but the employees did not respond to my pickup. I clicked the application and told them I was here, and walked in after 5 minutes of waiting to find my food waiting. The order was shorted 5 items, listed above. They did greet me in a friendly manner, but no one brought the food out to me and whomever checked the packing slip completely failed their job.

Possibly the worst customer service of my life.

Went through the drive thru here. Gave our order at the menu speaker. Got to the window to pay and she had the order completely wrong (How hard can it be when there are like 5 items on the whole menu??) We had too many of things we didn’t order and not enough of what we had asked for. We repeated what was wrong multiple times but she couldn’t understand (?) so she called over another guy to help. We waited on him. He was visibly annoyed and impatient though we had done nothing wrong. We had to re-explain Everything to him multiple times. He repeated things back and it sounded like they maybe had it figured out. Sent us on our way with no apologies from either employee for the delays and confusion.

We pay and pull forward in line, only to look more closely at the receipt and realize we were Still missing things. We are at least 15 minutes plus into the mess since we got up to the initial menu to order (not including waiting in line before that). We eventually, slowly, get to the last window and try to immediately explain that our order Still wasn’t right. We weren’t rude or upset, we just wanted it fixed before they tried to give us incorrect food.

The girl we tell all of this to just looks at us with blank confusion, so she grabs a co-worker, another younger girl, who comes to the window and with as much attitude as you can possibly imagine yells, SO WHAT’S YOUR PROBLEM?……….. Dumbfounded. I told her that was rude and unnecessary, she obviously didn’t care, and we had to sit there and explain the Entire situation to this awful, rude employee. She literally says nothing in response and walks away.

We sit. Waiting. Again. Eventually, a manager comes over. He says nothing about being sorry for the confusion or wanting to help. He asks us what we need. We then have to tell him literally the entire story, start to finish, because not one of these employees can communicate. We explain we are still missing extra toast and a substitute of toast for coleslaw on one of our meals and one of our meals is the wrong size (these are the issues nobody can resolve….). He says k I’ll have to charge you the extra toast and difference in meals. We pay the difference. Wait. He hands us our food and walks away. Not one word in apology. No attempt to make anything right. If it were me, I would never have charged people the small price difference after going through all of that - at minimum.

As the manager, he does nothing to fix anything. No apology. No anything. He clearly doesn’t care one bit that we’ve talked to 5 employees and had to explain ourselves 5 times after multiple people got our orders wrong, or that one of his workers rudely screamed at us as though we were the problem, or that the lack of communication and organization and competency of his staff led to us, and every car behind us, sitting in line waiting for a few pieces of chicken for FORTY FIVE ever loving unnecessary minutes.

The chicken at this location is small. The lemonade tastes watered down and worse than Minute Maid. The employees are rude and completely incapable of taking orders. The manager gives zero **s about his customers.

Eat literally anywhere else!

Never had a single issue at the Cane’s in West St. Paul. Worth the extra drive to avoid being treated like crap...

The food was ok, but the tenders were so small that I could've gotten more food ordering the 3 piece meal at another location than the box combo here. They were also out of coleslaw.

Service from the cashier was fine, though she came off as kind of blunt like taking the order was an inconvenience. Came in a few minutes prior to 10pm and ordered before then (and they're open until 12 am). The cashier told me that they couldn't let me eat in, but I asked if it would be fine if I just eat quickly and clean up after myself. I was told this was fine. Then, about 5 minutes later, the manager came and said I had to leave. I told him that I'd been told it was ok if I eat quickly, and he still insisted I leave, despite confirming that he had the authority to let me stay for a couple more minutes. He kept apologizing and making it sound like he had to kick me out even though he himself had confirmed that he could have let us stay a couple of minutes longer if we wanted to. We were nothing but polite but he couldn't spare five more minutes and a very brief additional sanitizing of the table to let us have a decent dining experience. And I work in food service closing and cleaning tables, so I know first-hand how little it would have inconvenienced them.

It wasn't terrible, but if you have the opportunity to go to another location, food and service are almost guaranteed...

Highly Disappointed. Recently this location has gone down significantly. A few months ago they didn’t have any issues but as of recently they have gone down hill. Two weeks ago my partner and I ordered inside and ate in at the restaurant. I had ordered a Box Combo with No coleslaw but extra fries and extra canes sauce. They gave me a box combo with double slaw and no French fries. I asked for the fries and they fixed it. Then tonight my partner and I had ordered a curbside mobile order, I ordered my regular Box Combo with no slaw, extra fries, and an extra canes sauce, and my partner ordered a regular box combo. Instead we were given one box combo with extra canes sauce, one sandwich combo, and one 3 piece fingers combo. Again this is not what we ordered. Also we waiting 15 minutes in the mobile curbside spot and nobody came out with our food, we had to go inside to get the food. The workers were inattentive, talking to their friends, and one of the managers was asking for a worker to help us, but several workers where talking saying “you go help them;” “no you go help them,” etc.

We were in a bit of a time crunch and didn’t realize that our order was wrong until we were already on...
