I attended this establishment with my family for a quick nice meal and definitely did not get what I intended for. First let me start off by saying we got there around 10 pm, It was not busy at all. There was about 2 other tables that had people and those people were just finishing up. The waiter that waited of us seemed very quick tempered and unprofessional as she rushed our orders to be taken, cut us off as we spoke, and never once said any words that shown she had proper manners. We understand the working environment is very hard rightnow for people and since we came later in the night we had intentions to tip very well depending on the service we received. One of my daughters drinks were absolutely disgusting and my other daughters drink had little black things that resembled bugs floating around in it. The food however came out rather quick which we loved but learned very quickly we were being played because our food came out half cold which would have not been a big deal since we could always go home and heat it up again however I was completely astonished, disappointed, and disgusted when I went to eat other hot parts of my food and found not one but two pieces of hair in my food. I will never give them any service again because that was just very unacceptable. Let me also add the fact that when I handed the waiter back the horrible made food she just stood there, I got no apology, no money back, no nothing. I truly can not believe the service we received today and hope that never happens to...
Read moreI am writing to share the extremely poor experience my party and I had during our recent visit to Chili’s. Unfortunately, our server Rosalyn was not only unprofessional but also openly rude and dismissive throughout the entire meal.
When we were first seated, we were told our server could not be found, and we ended up waiting nearly 15 minutes before anyone came to greet us. Once our orders were finally taken, we received no refills on our drinks at any point—so much so that I had to approach both the manager and the hostess just to ask for napkins and water.
The problems continued when it came time for the check. Rosalyn made multiple mistakes, and when I pointed one out, her response was, “Sorry, the rest of your table already cashed out, so either pay it or I can spend 15 minutes trying to find a manager.” This was shockingly rude and dismissive. Given her attitude, I insisted on speaking with a manager.
The last straw was when I went to the restroom and, while still waiting on napkins and water at our table, found Rosalyn hiding around the corner on her phone.
This entire experience was exhausting, unpleasant, and not at all reflective of the hospitality Chili’s is known for. Due to this visit, we will not be returning to this location. I hope management addresses this matter seriously so future guests don’t endure the...
Read moreWhen I hear Chili’s the first thing I think of is their chips & salsa appetizer, sorry baby back ribs. Just the mere thought immediately brings the taste to my pallet. The perfect combination of a salty chip along with their salsa will have you nearly salivating before the first chip ever hits your mouth. Then comes the need to wash that down and what better way to do so than with one of their signature margaritas. Each month this year they have featured a five dollar margarita. For the month of July, this is/was the firecracker. The blue curacao and grenadine look like a tasty alcoholic explosion that detonated in your glass. Then to top everything off the entree and for me, this has been their fajitas. Before the fajitas arrive at your table you will receive a little platter with the shells, cheese, guacamole, and salsa. Then a moment or two later you’ll hear the sizzling draw near as your fajitas are brought to your table. Over the last few trips, I have had their steak, shrimp and chicken fajitas. But I keep finding my way back to the chicken & shrimp combo. There is something about how the chicken is seasoned with the shrimp that I find really tasty. And I’m a huge fan of grilled peppers and onion and having the ability to grill them a little more in the skillet as it sizzles in front of...
