The first time I went to Panda Express was up in Cranberry and I thought it was a mediocre place and never went back. Having not been there for a long time I decided to go to this new one that was built on McKnight Road near by. The experience was completely different where the staff was absolutely wonderful and attentive with great personality and the food ended up being far better than what I recalled it was. I gave the location High Raves and not only for that time but the second time I went as well.
Now comes the third time. I walked in with my husband to find there was not a lot of food available to be served. Apparently they must have been very busy and more food was being cooked. We told Porsha we wanted the steak dish and she pointed to the beef dish and we told her that was incorrect. She then became argumentative with us to a point that it was embarrassing. She then told us that there is only one beef dish when clearly on the menu there is two. It seems to be apparent that she did not know the menu choices whatsoever at all and then began to give us lip service back in a very snide and nasty way. The worst thing about it was not one of her co-workers who was within and earshot spoke up and said anything to her about her attitude or tried to intervene. We decided to leave and go up to the mall and spend our money there on something to eat. I don't see myself ever going back there again unless this place apologizes to me for the way that they allow their employees to speak to us.
But it gets better when I left the restaurant I tried to phone the restaurant several times and it either kept me in queue and waiting on hold or it outright hung up on me. The two times I did speak to someone, the first time I was told the manager was busy taking an order and they put me back in the queue on hold to never have the manager answer. But wait it gets better. The next time I called someone answered and told me there was no manager there at the moment and then hung up on me.
Naturally I'm going to run this up the corporate ladder and go to their website to file a complaint. I found the whole event embarrassing with the way that she treated us in front of the staff and the way the staff acted and this all in front of other customers. I don't recommend anyone should go...
Read moreUpdate 3/8/25: Well, tried again for the first time since the last update. They messed up AGAIN. Two entree with orange chicken and honey sesame. They only gave me honey sesame and forgot the sweet and sour sauce. This Panda is literally so bad, it's unbelievable at this point.
Update 10/10/24: Just came back for the first time in about 6 months. I went through the drive-thru and was told it would be about 5 minutes and I could park out front. It took almost 20 minutes, and my order was wrong when they brought it out to me... this place is literally such trash. Just don't go here. Ever. To clarify, before we moved here, I used to get lunch at Panda at least once a week. This location is so bad, I don't even consider it. I honestly hope it gets shut down because it's single-gandedly ruining the entire company's reputation.

Read moreLet me start by saying I never write reviews. This ordeal just wasted my time and I was more upset about that then the money. I ordered online on the stores website. After an hour went by I called to speak to the staff to figure out why the order was not on the way yet (the tracker still had it at the store in order received status). The staff member that answered told me to call door dash (though I ordered it directly through the stores website for delivery). The store then called me back to tell me that I clicked pick up and not delivery (thought the receipt I had via email stated delivery). I then received an automated text that stated my order was being delivered just to have the Manager come on the phone and tell me it was not and they did not deliver. Wasted over an hour for them to lie to me over the phone and then tell me it wasn't their fault....
