I have been with this company for a very long time and usually have some what decent experiences with them. On my latest visit however, I came on a Friday around 3:45pm, when they were clearly supposed to be open (the green "OPEN" sign was even flashing in the window), only to find the doors locked. No one was inside. I tried knocking on the door. I then went back to wait in my car for a while until someone came out from the back room to unlock the door, after the employee had finished their dinner break. I understand that everyone needs a break, but turn off the open sign!! When I finally got to speak to him about my problem, he was very rude, and didn't even try to help...

The guy who is working in this store is one of the stupid and rude employees within whole Cricket retail stores I guess, he has no idea what his talking about, and also he was impolite and racist about my friends who came with me on those day to get a service for them, but fortunately we quickly changed our mind and left the store in rush. I'm not gonna recommend this store to visit to anyone and have a experience about AT&T owned Cricket wireless service.
