Sam's Club Bakery — Restaurant in Ross Township

As a truck driver worst experience delivering here my appointment was at 7:30 am in the morning i was here at 7 am and checked in and waited for a door but nobody called me and when i again went in office they told me we had put the wrong guy in dock on your appointment because he has same paperwork but his appointment was for next day , they told me to wait till 3pm then we will unload you , i came back at 3pm but not got any door till 5:30 pm . I told them i had another appointment for pickup at 7pm and that warehouse is closing at 8pm. Then they are opening after 2 days because of New Year holidays .
