Today I decided to have wendys for lunch here's why that was a TERRRIBLE IDEA! I placed my mobile order for a big bacon classic burger combo. I didn't want ketchup or the enormous amount of mayo they usually put on the burgers. I had one of my coworkers go to pick it up, little did ik I was in for a treat or should I say trick! When my coworker returned with the meal in hand I was ecstatic, until I opened my sandwich. I was very confused there was this glob of mayo in the middle of the burger, there was no lettuce, tomato, or onion on the burger. It looked like a budget baconander. The fires were really cold, I mean like really cold like a lifeless body. I was highly displeased, so I went down to the location myself (mcknight road iykyk) to see what can be done about this. When I got there I asked for the manager when she approached me I told her that I had ordered my meal on the app and that there was a glob of mayo in the middle of the sandwich and no fixings. The manager tells me that if you modify the sandwich on the app that it automatically takes the fixings off which is ridiculous. I proceeded to explain to here that the only modifications I wanted was no ketchup and light mayo everything else that comes on the sandwich was fine. I also told her that the fires are as cold as a lifeless body. The lady says nothing and starts ring up a new sandwich on the register. I stated that I just wanted it remade and I'll be fine. She hands me a receipt and asked if I still wanted the meal. I responded with no she throws it away and walks off. She didn't ask me what I would like do to fix the situation she offered no options on how to fix the situation and didn't offer me a refund or anything. I was so confused on what happened like there was just no communication at all about the resolution of the situation. So I had to leave leave thinking that I didn't get anything out of the situation ni food or refund ( mind you I'm still on the clock and had no more time to wait for the manager to do here job properly). She wasn't sorry or anything the amount of care was 0. Needless to say I'll never be returning back to this location! I don't why but all of the wendys in Pittsburgh are TERRIBLE and they need to figure something out cuz this...

Came to this Wendy’s ordered on the app (BIG MISTAKE DONT ORDER THROUGH THE APP) anyway got a pretty simple ordered during the 1 cent Jr bacon cheeseburger days. I ordered my regular meal of a jr bacon cheese burger and nuggets, then added the 1 cent jr bacon as well as added a FREE burger and when I say free I mean I used my 150 points on the app to get a free burger. Not only did they not give me my 1 cent burger they refused to give me my other burger that I used with my Wendy’s points on the app. When I got to the window I asked them where the two burgers were as and they then told me to pull up to the door so they can come out. I waited. They came out claimed on their receipt on their end that it doesn’t show a 1 cent burger or free burger used with my points. They refused to give me either and told me with an attitude to call “1800-Wendy’s” or in the workers exact words “I’m not sure exactly if my manager was here she would tell you the same thing to call the 1800 number I thinks it’s 1800-Wendy’s or something” so no one knows how contact anyone regarding this matter? Why was there no manager there? All they kept doing was shoving the receipt in my face telling me it’s not on there even though I blatantly showed her my online order ON MY PHONE THEN LOCKED THE DOOR AFTER SHE WENT INSIDE MIGHT I MENTION THEY DONT ALLOW ANYONE INSIDE DINING!!! This is without doubt the worst fast food franchise — not just the worst Wendy’s — that I have patronized in my 71 years. And it’s not even close. The service is SLOW, the attitude of every employee is INDIFFERENT at best, and oftentimes RUDE and openly HOSTILE. No one ever has a smile or a pleasant word for a customer whose business is helping keep them employed. When you finally get to the drive thru ordering screen — which doesn’t show what you’ve ordered like most drive thrus — you have to wait minutes until someone finally says to go ahead with your order. Then, as other reviewers have said, you usually have to repeat your order — sometimes several times — because the order taker wasn’t paying attention. More LONG WAIT to get to the pickup window. Yesterday I ordered 2 junior hamburgers with tomato, ketchup and extra onion (only received 1 BTW). When I get to the window the girl sticks her head out and says “You wanted extra pickle, right?”. That’s AFTER repeating my order twice at the ordering screen. When I complain about the inability to EVER get my order correct the manager yesterday gets openly hostile with me. Trust me, most of the time your order will be wrong. You’ll either get something you didn’t want or not get something you did want.
