Sweet Baby J's — Restaurant in Roswell

Wow, what a slice of scrumptious right on Main St in Roswell. This unsuspecting building holds a wonderful bakery, so wonderful I went 2 days in a row! Their staff(owners?) are delightful and answered all of my questions. The reviews that complain about the hours may have overlooked that this is a bakery specializing in handcrafted sweet and savory goods. If you want mass produced items, this is not the place. I love that they take the time to handcraft their goods, it makes them special. I am not ashamed to say we ordered all of the below and loved all of it! Cupcakes: Almond Joy a beautiful, moist chocolate cupcake with a coconut surprise in the middle Cherry Almond: another moist cupcake with a hidden cherry and delicious Almond frosting Chocolate chip and pecan cookie, warm up and thank me later, so yummy Day 2: Kolaches! Spicy lil sausage rolls, so good Sourdough loaf: 1 pound of bread, amazing. Cheddar and jalapeño scone is spicy but definitely worth it! My husband and I met with Jeri one afternoon and we showed her a picture of the wedding cake we would like. She went thru all the details with us and we scheduled for a 3 tier cake and we were able to choose each tier a different flavor with a cream icing layer on each. We also ordered 4 dozen cupcakes with each dozen a different flavor. She quickly sent us an estimate we accepted and were easily able to pay thru PayPal. That day we also bought her cheese and jalapeño scones and sampled a margarita cupcake which were delicious! The day of the wedding my niece picked up the cupcakes for our dinner celebration and Jeri delivered the cake to the church. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined. She made it so easy and added to our celebration with beauty and a sweet taste. So many of our guests complimented us on the cake and I gladly told them to go see Jeri for any of their baking goods. Sweet Baby J’s is hands down my go-to for desserts! They consistently create the most creative, over-the-top the top desserts, and I absolutely love stopping by often to see what new dessert they’ve come up with. I’ve ordered nearly all of my cakes from here, and every single one has been amazing. The attention to detail is incredible. You can tell she’s a true perfectionist, and it shows in both the presentation and the taste.

The store itself is just as impressive. It’s always spotless, has such a cute vibe, and the atmosphere makes the experience even better. Whether I’m picking up a special cake or just stopping in for something sweet, I’m never disappointed. Highly recommend Sweet Baby J’s to anyone who loves...
