Wendy's — Restaurant in Russell Springs

I dont usually review things like this but after so many times, I felt the need to. This is simply the WORST Wendys I have personally ever been to. Every single visit, they forget something, it's sad. The service while taking your order is extremely unfriendly and they act like you're bothering them/barely say anything to you. They forget your sauce every single time. Today they decided to make me wait at the window as I watched the crew mope around and roll their eyes and then repeatedly ask me if I was the online order even after telling them multiple times I just had a $5 bag, a very common and simple order and it wasnt a mobile one. Then they loudly complained about people who do the mobile orders because it's too confusing. A girl finally came to the window and snatched a bag of food off the counter and handed it to me and said "thanks" and left. I pulled forward knowing they probably forgot something and of course, this time they forget the burger...the main thing in the meal. I went in after already waiting for 10 minutes just for a simple order and again barely got anyone to help me. They again asked if I was the mobile order, I said no was at the window and you forgot my burger, they said okay. I waited a few minutes and then asked again, can I please just have my burger? They said "just a regular one?" I said well its a plain double stack. Finally I got it, went to my car, got back to work, opened it and OF COURSE, its a hamburger with ketchup and mustard drenched all over the patty. Honestly, it's just sad at this point. I've never seen a restaurant get an order wrong/forget items this consistently and also show absolutely zero service skills or friendliness at the same time. I will never go back, even when the lines at the other restaurants in Russell Springs...

Stopped by here after a movie with the kids. Everything would have been moderately fine for fast food, except it definitely wasn't fast and the fries-just stood watching them sit there for 7 minutes after they were finally prepared-were tough and cold. But the big problem was when I ordered a Baconator. The picture suggested that I'd be overloaded with 6 strips of bacon. What I got was something I had to dissect to determine if it even had bacon. It had 4 very small pieces. I just took it back up and asked if it was the sandwich I ordered. She said yes. So I asked if it looked anything like the picture. She just tells me it's the correct sandwich. I foolishly expected some little apology or something. But no, nothing. So I asked for my money back. No sorry, just processed the refund with no communication. Sad to...

Tried another visit tonight, place looked deserted, hardly no parking lot lights , Wendy sign almost out, not one light on the menu board, so you could't read it. Got to the speaker and the girl said, before you order let me tell you what we are out of. OMG, the list went on and on, chicken, drinks, ice cream seemed like about half the menu, it would have been shorter to tell me what you did have, I'm sorry but that's no way to run a restaurant. So back to KFC, they have a good spicy chicken and it was actually available
