Rally's — Restaurant in Russell

Work as a nightshift nurse needed to get some food and Rallys or Taco Bell are my only options after 11pm. Both are supposed to stay open until 12A but this location closed before 1125 tonight. Because of the divider I am forced to turn around to get on the side of the road where the restaurant is so I decided to stop at the gas station first then go and get my food. Restaurant was open with sign on at 1120 when i went by by the time I returned at 1125 signs and lights were all off. Pathetic to advertise until 12am then close well before time advertised. Access to this restaurant is ridiculous enough to cause some to avoid it anyway but laziness like this may be the final straw for me. Hate when employees think closing time is quitting time and close early or refuse to make food after a certain time so they can...

Not bad guys! Was a little disappointed there wasn't a dedicated kids meal but the hot fries and pleasant service from our order taker/window server made up for it. It took a few extra minutes but my fries were hot and burgers made exactly how I requested. They made my dad an excellent strawberry swirl cone that he throughly enjoyed. This restaurant is a pain to go to simply because of where it is. Because they do such a good job at the service and taste of the food it makes it worth the occasional inconvenience of the weirdness of Ashland Kentucky's roads. FYI food is as u would expect but the greasy haired middle aged female taking orders was rude and hard of hearing, which apparently makes it ok to speak with a disrespectful, condescending tone after asking 4 times for my order To make it easier, I spoke the quantity in spanish, to which she became even more rude. As someone who is from Texas & has hispanic family members, her blatantly mocking me was the final straw. Keep your attitude and lose customers!
