I just came from this place. Paid for two beers I didn’t even drink. I’m on my way to comedy get down with Cedric the entertainer and D.L. Hughley. I see a sign that says cilantros on my way walking downtown. It was the worst mistake of the week! I only had about 20 to 30 minutes to eat and drink real quick before I needed to walk to golden 1. That being said the bar tender was overwhelmed and when she finally got to us was slower than a turtle. I wanted to order food but it took her forever to get drinks so I just decided to drink. Then I got her attention and I decided to order two tacos. After ordering I cashed out and tipped the bartender pretty damn good. (Mistake)! Well I wanted another drink and instead of getting a corona my girl ordered me a negra modela. Once I started drinking it the taste was not good. I drink these beers all the time and so it’s not a fluke it just tasted bad. I told the bartender I want a corona instead and if she can negra modela back. Well there was an English barrier as she clearly didn’t understand me and didn’t tell me she was going to charge me for the beer that I hadn’t dranken. Then some guy comes over with a straight up attitude and says why are you asking for a refund? He was very rude and said he doesn’t give refunds. Ha lol! Refunds? Are you about to go out of business? I see you have under 4 stars in reviews so cilantros is hardly popular. Basically the owner misses an opportunity to make a customer for life. He can’t think that long because by next year cilantros will be out of business and you can bet on that! So the owner says identifyies himself as the owner and basically acts like a dick! Fine if that’s how you conduct business I won’t be back. Please stay away from this place and give your money to sauced down the street where they will fix your drinks if they aren’t made right! So I got up and left after he charged my card for negra modela undranken and corona undranken! Take it as a big tip because the way your treat patrons your not going to be in business for long! The owner tried nothing to fix the situation just said he doesn’t give refunds and talked down to me after I had just paid for my beer and meal and just wanted...
Read moreEverything about this place was absolutely horrible. Mostly the customer service! It took them over 5 minutes of us standing in line for them to serve us. The young girls that were on counter were disrespectful and rude and didn't serve us right away because they were on their phones on the couch! We had never been there before because we are from out of town and they didn't show us were to get our drinks, chips, salsa? The food came out with in 3 minutes (way to fast to be "fresh") the enchilada sauce looked old and dry and my fajita meat looked hours old. Within 45 minutes we NEVER got checked on either. I finally pulled a girl aside and told her that my food was disgusting and old and she walked away and another girl came over. She told me she couldn't do anything for me and basically it wasn't her problem. I told her about the young girls attitude and she told me I was wrong and that she was nice. She told me they girl didnt even work there and that she was just visiting from mexico. If she doesnt work there then i seriously doubt she has a food handlers card and SHE WAS SERVING AND TOUCHING THE FOOD!!!! She argued with me about everything I said and a older man came over and told me the same thing, never apologizing for the poor service and food. We decided to just leave because of how rude they were, when we were leaving other customers were coming in and we told them they shouldn't eat here because of the poor service and food. The man came over yelling at me screaming "REALLY??? REALLY??" he got in my face and made me feel very uncomfortable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Called in a burrito for a takeout order and was told the wait would be 15 minutes. When I arrived there was one cashier and that line took another 15 minutes just to pay for it. When I finally got to the counter, the cashier kept leaving to help other guests without saying anything to me she would just walk away. As it turned out, they had forgotten to put in my order so I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make it. It was just a burrito, nothing fancy, it didn't even have meat! When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasn't one currently working.
The food itself was mediocre at best, not nearly good enough for a 40 minute wait. Biggest waste of a lunch hour. I will not...
