I use to frequent this sandwich shop with my husband, daughter, and brother. I always order a #12 and ask the salami to be removed. Today the older man who took my order tells me we can build a sandwich for you. The sandwich he made was substantially more in price. I expressed I would prefer to have the #12 like I always order. He tell me we can not do any substitution (how is removing meat a substitution?) You are saving meat because I don't eat salami. I told him I always come and order the same sandwich. He said "they are under new management so things have changed". I expressed to him Thank you I will no longer come here then. I will no longer give my money to a business when someone who blatantly lied to my face (I was there just last week and ordered the same sandwiches with chips and a drink) he made the two sandwiches for me. FYI on Monday 11/25/19 the manager told me the hours of operation are Mon-Sat 10:30am-4pm. Closed Sundays. He stated he keeps updating the hours on Google but it keeps reverting back to the incorrect information. I normally go to a different location but I remembered this one is fairly new so I tried it out.
