Absolutely horrendous. No customer service skills whatsoever. I walked in "Ashley" was making a sandwich with no one at the counter. I walk up, no hello. Another customer walks in behind me. No hello. Doesn't look up. So after a few silent minutes of watching her slowly make a sandwich for a non-existent customer, I asked if she was alone. She didn't look up with an answer of "my manager is washing dishes". Great. She finishes her sandwich. I wait. She angrily grabs gloves and looking down at the floor asks what she can get me. I asked for an oatmeal cookie and a cup of water. "Oh we dont give out water!" Great. I get my cookie and leave. No thank you.nothing. I get back to my office and take a bite from my cookie. SICK! I'm not sure what they added, if it was old, I'm not sure. But the cookie was not edible. Had I not had to walk three blocks to get back there, I would have requested a refund.
