Lincoln Plaza — Local services in Sacramento

Visited this area. I viewed and walked the area were I started my life. This place has changed with all the new buildings. This was a place with homes, stores, Lincoln School and a Art Gallery. It was a lively place next to the river the Capitol and old town Sabremento. Now it's full of state buildings, empty parking lots that charge $10.00 to park and the streets are empty. Lincoln Plaza is a four block complex and can be a bit overwhelming. The parking is beneath one of the buildings and is cleverly disguised making it difficult to find the entrance and exit. But, the building is beautiful and worth seeing. If you have business there you will find the staff very helpful and accommodating. Five Stars...
