Placed a on line order today 9/21 around 130. Went to pick up and order was being prepared then. Yes I was early. I had requested oil and vinegar on the side in separate cups do to them not mixing in one. I was made aware of this by an employee at the JM on s houghton. The employee was getting my order together I saw him put the two in the same cup. I told them they were supposed to be in separate cups do to them not mixing. He wanted to argue with me and tell me that they do and that wasn’t true. What does vinegar do when you add it to oil? It goes to the bottom. Come to find out he was the manager for that day. His name is Sergio. He was even telling the other employees that were there I was wrong right in front of me. What a manager. All so when I got home neither sandwich had mayo which was supposed to be to be. One had added pickles and banana peppers. It didn’t even have that. I wish I could go to this JM and my order be right. Here lately JM has gotten bad with orders not being correct. Employees just don’t care and don’t pay attention. Read morePlaced an online order at 2pm on Saturday May 7th, 2022 for a pickup at 5 pm the same evening. I arrived at the location at 4:58pm to retrieve my order. I was asked who the order was for, stated my name, then the man said “oh, we are just making that now”. I sat down and waited because I understand how hectic places like this can be around dinner time. I waited until 5:31 and I was finally asked by a female employee if my order was for “David” I said no, and proceeded to give her the correct name. It was at this point that they began to make my order. They only had 3 hours prior notice to do so. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will add that there was another gentleman that walked in after I did, and waited for at least 15 minutes before they called his order, again, a ridiculous amount of time for a pre placed order. I understand they are busy. But attention to detail and a lack of communication and follow up are a huge opportunity for this team. Read moreThis review is for the Sahuarita, Az. Jersey Mike's. I have been going to this location since it opened. I really have enjoyed the food until recently. We usually order the same food, the same way, with the same toppings and gladly pay for any extras. The last few times we have not gotten our order made correctly, and with the covid-19 stuff going on, we didn't catch it until we got home. So I informed Jersey Mike's of this situation and they turned it over to the local owner. The owner emailed me a coupon to make up for the inconveniences and I really appreciate that gesture. It means a lot to me. So I just went back to redeem the coupon and again was not given the correct order and was charged for the extras that we normally order. I will Not be giving my business to this location any further. A little trip to the grocery store and I can make my own sandwiches that are just as good, if not better, than what I can get at this...
