Subway — Restaurant in Saint Charles

My husband just went in here and ended up having to pay full price ($25!) because the woman worker didn’t understand how coupons work. We presented a really easy coupon, $3.99 for a 6inch and $6.99 for a foot long. We didn’t order anything special, just classic sandwhiches, and the lady said the coupon wouldn’t work, but couldn’t give a reason why. First she said the coupon excludes chicken, beef and ham (as in any sandwhich?), then she said this wasn’t a participating location, and then she changed it to gibberish mumbling. The only thing the coupon says it excludes is “excludes footling sidekicks, the monster, the Mexicali, the turkey cali club, The beast and the garlic roast beef” which are “premium” sandwhiches so it makes sense, and we didn’t order those. My husband and I used to go to this location quite a bit before Covid and when I tell you it has gone downhill since then it has gone downhill. There are two younger Indian girls that work there that are completely unprofessional. We walked in we were never greeted. we walked up to the counter They continue to have a full-blown conversation and Indian. Didn’t talk to us once the only time they talk to us was when they were asking us what we want it on our sandwich.
