I will never go back to this location. I initially attempted to place my order by phone. The store employee told me my order of a plan, no cheese, three-topping pizza. On a Brooklyn style crust, would a total of $18. I told him I no longer want the pizza. Then I went online, and Dominos have that same pizza for $7.99. That is a significant price difference! I continued with my purchase online. Once I received a notification alerting me that my order was ready. That was not true when I went in to pick it up. To make matters worse, I informed the manager of their employees' lack of knowledge on their daily promotions. The manager just made continuous excuses. Entailing that, not all employees are aware of the proportions, some are new to the staff, and sometimes things get lost in translation. Because it's very loud in the pizzeria. This manager couldn't be more than 22 years of age. There is nothing wrong with young managers. But a massive franchise like this must promote someone of more experience. Someone who engages the staff on daily promotions, encourages and uses time management. Lastly, someone who ensures customer satisfaction. A manager needs to make quick-thinking decisions that will help promote the business. Not delay business gross. When I finally received my order, it was wrong. When I told that same manager that the order was wrong, he took too long to correct the situation. And say he will remake my order. About 2:10 I called the store because our pizza was still not delivered. I was informed that they didn’t have any drivers to deliver and it wouldn’t be here for about another 30 minutes. That didn’t work since the party was at a facility and we needed to be done at 3. We had to leave the party to go pick up the pizza. By this time it was not hot and 2:40. Thankfully the facility allowed us to stay longer so we didn’t have to rush the guests to leave. When I called back later to speak to a manager they informed me they can’t guarantee a timed delivery (was never told this before). He then passed me off to another manager because his shift was done. The only thing they offered was my delivery fee to be refunded which they never did.
