We love Panda Express but our experience at this location last night really frustrated me! We went to Zion yesterday and wanted to eat Panda Express and we found this branch ( and of course we were exhausted) Since I know there’s only few table open inside and it’s 11 of us I ask some of my family to sit on the table while me and my other 2 family Representatives was in line ( we already know what our family members wanted to order) BUT guess what one of the crew was yelling at my family member to fall in line( and was very rude too) because the line is getting long , it does not make sense , if all my family members will fall the line , the more line will be long ! It does not really make sense! The tables where my family members were open anyway so I don’t know what is the problem. Also, I think one of family member accidentally put down her mask or forgot her mask, and she was reminded very rudely, where in fact we’ve seen some people inside without a mask too! I know that we will not all fit there so some family members were really planning to eat outside since there were tables and chairs outside! We did not deserve to be treated that way so we left and went to another restaurant ( dine in one ). I do customer service myself and I could say the crew in this location needs more training or maybe we were treated that way because of color? I hope not because I work hard and pay...

We went in an hour and a half before closing and they had almost no food options, okay fine, trash piling all over the place as they needed to take it out, okay fine and they took it out while we were there, we got our food and as I am paying she is bagging up our food, I explain we are dining in she tells me that they are already closed [the door and their website says there an hour and a half left til they close] I told her we are eating here and took the food to a table to eat. The staff continued to tell customers as they came in that the food they had is all that they had left and that they are closed, each time a customer said that it’s an hour til the store closes the staff just continued to dismiss these facts and would tell them sorry we are already closed. Finally the shift leader sent the cooks home over an hour early and locked the doors, telling us she was locking us in. We finished eating very soon after and she came and let us out.
I have never had such bad service and see such egregious behavior from a Panda Express in my life I couldn’t believe what was happening, turning away business and creating such a poor experience for the ones that managed to get food! Read moreI had an experience recently that was just awful. Went through drive through was told they did not have any mushroom chicken, so ordered beef and broccoli instead because she said they were out of mushroom chicken. Got to pick up window and questioned why my order seemed high in price. The worker had charged me for BOTH instead of taking off the mushroom chicken. Then I asked her to refund my card and charge me appropriate amount, shift manager came to window was super rude refused to do the refund and gave me a card to come back another day to get the extra food I just paid for. I didn't want to come back since it was a bad experience! Also, she kept saying I'd get a free bowl but technically it was not free, they did not give me anything free they gave me a coupon for what I already paid for. If they gave me 2 coupons I wouldn't be so mad. My husband came back to redeem the coupon said the woman was nice to him but the minute he gave her the coupon her attitude totally changed and she was rude and had a huge scowl on her face. Needless to say i won't be going back for awhile. i sent in an email to corporate got a response but nobody ever called, i was just told another number i could call if I wanted to. Nah,...
