Neat little gambling den. All was well until I inserted a voucher that ate my money. Told the cashier and was informed that only “Derrick” the manager could help me, guess where Derrick was? Yep, not at the casino, not in the back, not on the property, but at home. Waited over an HOUR to finally see this man, and was ignored until frustration and disappointment was visible from across the building. Derrick finally arrived to where I was standing and was not apologized to, not acknowledged or validated for how B.S. it is to have your money literally stolen for an indeterminant amount of time. Just a dismissive “I’m just hearing about this”. Complete and total waste of time.
