A story of exceptional service. While wandering through this shop we found a watch band for my Apple Watch that had to be mine. As it turned out the band was not made for the size of watch that I had and our sales associate Stefanie offered to contract the manufacturer to see what could be done. We exchanged contact information and didn’t expect to hear anything positive back. Within a couple of hours Sefanie texted to tell me that the band had been adjusted to work and that it was now available for me. By this time we had returned to St Thomas with a return trip to St John an involved process. Stefanie let me know that she could meet me at the terminal in St Thomas on her way from work that night and we could make the exchange there. I recently visited St. John and we wanted to purchase the Caribbean hook bracelets. Barbara was super helpful and so sweet to work with. When we got home, my fiancé’s fish hook bracelet had broke. She offered to fix it for free.
