They screwed up the ring for my son. Engraved the outside of it and did not even give us the correct engraving on the outside. Went back in and asked to have it corrected and they charged me $50 for their mistake. Will never purchase from this overpriced store again after 12 plus years of shopping there this is how we are treated. Plenty of other stores in STJ to choose from. Shame on...

This is a must visit!! I can't say enough about the jewelry from Bamboo Studio. Made on island - you can watch the jewelers work!! The authentic J hook! A must have for any lovers of St John! All jewelry designed, created & displayed beautifully. You won't regret this...
