Went in to buy souvenirs for family back home & the lovely black lady was very helpful and kind. Greeted us at the door, very professional customer service. But the white older blonde lady with glasses, not sure who she was but she was just sitting there & we asked a question about the go pro & I’ve NEVER been treated with a more disrespectful tone in my life from a retail worker. Her attitude was DISGUSTING. I’m here on VACATION TO BUY MERCHANDISE & this lady acts like this in your business ? I immediately walked out. Didn’t purchase a darn thing being treated like. I know that not having 1 person’s business doesn’t impact yall , but I’m just letting you know to teach that particular employee (if she is one , hell she might even be the owner which would be more disappointing) some customer service manners. You get on the boat and everyone cheers as you get on followed by a safety and informative talk about what we will be doing. After that you will snorkel and see sea turtles and starfish, then Cruse to another location to snorkel at the coral reef , then after that if you wish there is an open bar pain killers and rum punch ,. After that a boat comes out and served us pizza that was amazing 🤩 followed by watching the sun set over the island. Then let's get the party started with fun dance music where you can dance with the crew followed by the trip back to the 🏝️ , totally worth the money and Juan , Sierra and Elsie all deserve a raise with benefits and paid vacation with insurance dental vision the works because they make the trip to the Virgin Islands worth every penny spent! Juan was so funny ! Elsie was so sweet ! And Sierra was very friendly and was an awesome hostess! You will not regret it...

Absolutely Incredible Half Day Snorkeling Adventure! We had the most amazing time on our snorkel boat excursion! From start to finish, everything was smooth, fun, and incredibly well-organized. CJ and Darian picked us up from St. John and took us to two amazing snorkeling spots! Darian jumped in the water with us and pointed out a lot of really cool marine life (sea turtles and pufferfish, to name a few) as we snorkeled. Our family felt safe on the boat and comfortable with the right gear.
