Vibe Jewelry — Local services in Saint John

My mom and I vacation in St John every year. We make it a point to visit the showrooms of Vibe, to admire the fantastic jewelry pieces, and to say hello to Osa, Jen, and the girls. This year I decided to splurge, and my mom and I both got what we wanted. I got a fabulous chunky link bracelet that compliments my stack of bracelets, and my mom got a petroglyph St John hook bracelet. We both enjoy our bracelets as our new favorites! Going to St. John is already a unique experience but it should be commemorated with a special piece of jewelry. This is my second time purchasing from Vibe and it didn’t disappoint. I had the same sales associate as last year, Andrea, and she was just as attentive as the year before. Since I purchased the hook bracelet last year, I wanted to look at rings and landed on a beautiful gold ring of the island with a diamond marking the Cruz Bay side. It was exactly what I wanted after looking at a few other pieces. She was patient while I made my choice and continued to pick pieces that I was more into till I landed on my final decision. There was no pressure to purchase and even came with a beautiful flower ring that my three-year-old cherished for the rest of the trip showing it off every chance she could get! I purchased my hook bracelet about 4 years ago in store when I lived in the VI. I was impressed that they had my size (Ive got a very small wrist). It was a little expensive but I was aware of the quality and customer service.

A month ago my bracelet snapped in half (I wear it daily). I was so sad but remembered the lifetime warranty and called immediately. They were very nice on the phone and told me to send the bracelet in to get replaced. Once they received the bracelet they called me to confirm that I wanted the same product and told me when they would ship it back.

I just got it in the mail today and am SO happy. It's exactly the same as my old one. It also came in PAPER packaging (yay no plastic!!) and wrapped up beautifully without plastic.
