My wife and I have been coming to St Joseph for many years (since we were dating) and we have tried many of the shops and establishments around the area. Recently we tried Infusco and it has become one of our “must go places” when in town! The drinks were delicious and the atmosphere of the market is extremely desirable for any kind of mind frame you happen to be in or looking for. But what won us over more than anything was the outstanding service and hospitality that we felt while at this order counter coffee establishment. It’s sometimes hard to make a customer feel like a guest when you have such a short window for interaction, but these guys nailed it. The icing on the cake is that it is so close to the lake that you’re able to enjoy your piping hot cup of coffee while you enjoy God’s marvelous creations right in front of you!

Visiting a U-pick orchard led to a discussion about coffee (of course) which in turn led to a recommendation to visit Infusco Coffee in Sawyer Michigan and seek out Arron there who really knows coffee. Turns out they have an outlet in St Joseph MI as well and we bumped into Arron there - what luck! We have visited there several times now and the coffee is fabulous. As we are only visiting the US (from Australia) for a short time, Arron ground us some beans for a French Press. Wonderful! Thank you, Arron, and Infusco for providing us with our coffee "fix", both in store and for back at our temporary home, that is of such a good quality.

Great coffee place with amazing selection of specialty drinks! The one with local maple 🍁 syrup was amazing and the other option with local honey 🍯 and cinnamon was very delicious and tasty! not too sweet, just perfect! Service was fast and friendly, coffee was extra hot as requested. Interior of the place is very authentic and clean too! definitely recommend stopping by!

I went here three times and each time the coffee was excellent, deep rich bold flavors and the drinks were made incredibly well.The first visit the lady behind the counter was not friendly, she walked up and stared at me until I said something and it was very awkward. Even though the first visit was weird I had to come back because the coffee was the best in town and I kept thinking about how delicious it was.
