Very disappointed was excited to see a good looking pet store but no one greeted me the girl behind the counter made eye contact with twice never said a word no hello or can i help you i walked aroundfor 10 min still no one asked if i needed help . Other girl was doing something in the back knew inwas in the store neither them said hello or asked if I needed help. I was looking for some items for my dog and just finally left because I felt more irritated that no one said a word to me and I was there willing to buy few products for my bulldog ...a cooler, bandana 2 large toys and treats and shampoo and dog bed. I just gave up said to myself it's a shame because I thought prices were fair but why give my business to a store that doesn't care if I'm there or not. I might as well buy online. First time there really ashamed because the rest of the stores in town I was greeted and treated like a wanted customer. I support small businesses but maybe those behind your counter don't support your business. They don't look invested like they wanted be there unlike a owber or someone that loves there job I guess they could care less if I bought anything. Cute hard to find items but wanted to support small businesses but...

I changed my review to a 4 star instead of 3. I do feel like an explanation is needed. The store was clean and had a lot of cute things. We bought something from the bakery part. When we got home our dog loved it. The part that rubbed me the wrong way is the attitude from one of the girls at the register. She first helped by the bakery part getting the treat and then again at the front register. When I walked up she looked at another girl who was standing in door way working and made a comment about how too many of us came in at once and she seemed agitated. I get that people are short staffed and it was a Saturday but when you say have a great day and thank you and a workers response is “Yeah” and basically shrugs you off. The store was super cute for a small town and the workers seemed friendly. I got my AKC pure bred mini poodle a "puppy canoli" I gave him half of it, and he had liquid lava (sorry for TMI) twice that night. We called to let them know and the workers response was, "it wasn't the treat it must have been your dog" I could care less about the $3 I spent, but just to let them know- hey your homemade treats are making my dog sick. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone and DO NOT BUY THEIR HOMEMADE TREATS- wait never mind; its your dog, not them...
