Quinten (had to call later and get his name cause they don't wear name tags, unfortunately) behind the counter made it seem like every question I asked was VERY inconvenient. I saw him roll his eyes and talk under his breath to others while he was making my simple pepperoni calzone. I just had some questions cause I've only ever ordered dominos pizza. Also my dipping sauce wasn't added to my to-go box so when I called (after I got home) that same guy told me dipping sauce was not included when it SO is. I said it was included and then hung up on me! I called back to speak with a manager and he said he's the only person who knows what they're doing there (there were 3 other people working next to him) and he admitted he lied cause he actually didn't know what was to be included with the calzone and hung up again! This was THE WORST customer service I've experienced in a long time. Fire this guy so you can stop getting 1-2 star reviews. My bf drove back to get the sauce and he yelled at him too in front of a store front full of customers while I was on the phone and I heard him make up lies like I "cursed him out" when the worst thing I said was he had a piss-poor attitude over the phone. The attitude was appalling and I will 100% not be returning. Quinten should not be allowed to be the face of...
Read moreSo I know this won't be a popular review. However, I don't see the hype around Papa Murphy's. I'm not from minnesota and i've heard nothing but great things about papa murphy's. I decided to try it out to see what all the fuss was about. Selected my pizza. It was about $20 and then I had to take it home and bake it. Which took about 35 minutes. The pizza wasn't bad, but it wasn't exceptional either. The amount of toppings on the pizza was very generous. The quality of the toppings was good. The crust to me was just so so and I didn't feel like it had Enough sauce. Not to mention, I then had to spend over half an hour cooking it when I got home when you taken to account the time I spent cooking the money for the electricity to run the oven. I would have been way better off. Just buying one made at the store.. The people in the store were very nice and very friendly. However, the inside of the store itself seemed very dirty. That was loud music playing. It was a little chaotic with lots of people talking in yelling to each other while making the pizzas. It wasn't terrible, there wasn't great. It was good enough. I'm gla, how do I get? It probably won't...
Read moreWe were down the street, so decided to walk in instead of ordering online... apparently that was where we went wrong. We asked to build our own with BBQ, sausage, and pineapple. It's been our go-to order online for about 3 years. The guy taking our order said "no I can't do that. I can only do BBQ chicken. So we said okay sure, we will do chicken instead of sausage, but add pineapple. We were confused because the whole point is to build our own... but we're MN nice and don't want to step on toes. What we didn't know until he handed us the order is that he meant a pre-set BBQ Chicken that included onions and tomatoes. When we initially said BBQ/sausage/pineapple only... he should have clarified that the BBQ chicken came with these other toppings. No where on the signs above him stated BBQ chicken as an option... so we ended up just picking things out ourselves.
Service was quick and he was nice other than that. So lesson learned.... just order online...
