Generally I am not one to write reviews, but there were too many fails in one evening for this higher end restaurant that we've dined at more than 5 times in the past. I'll try to make this as short as possibe, but the there's a lot. Although the taste of the food was excellent, there were several noticeable downgrades in the quality and in the accompaniments. 1. We made reservations weeks in advance for a party of 6. Upon arrival, they squeezed us into a four person booth that wouldn't have been comfortable for even 4 young teens. Our party consisted of 3 grown men and 3 grown women, all of normal height and weight. It was obvious we were very uncomfortable (we couldn't even raise our arms at the same time to read/hold the menu). WE had to ask to be moved to a larger table. Request granted, ok good, let's get on with the dinner. 2. The appetizer: We ordered the lobster escargot appetizer ($22) which was less than acceptable. This came out in a traditional escargot dish with minimal, teeny tiny tidbits of mostly claw meat. Not one solid "hunk" of lobster meat. Underwhelming at best. The remaining garlic butter was outstanding, but sat alone when the "lobster" was gone. They did not serve bread with the appetizer to dip into that delicious butter. We had to ASK for bread and was told there would be a charge for it. I guess we were supposed to just leave the butter in the cups or be forced to buy bread. We ordered the bread as to not waste the star of the show. (Ultimately they didn't charge us for it because the manager mentioned it was supposed to come with crostini's, which it didn't). 3. The entree. We all ordered one of the many "steak boards" they offer the tune of almost $140. In the past, the steak boards have been served with a vegetable (green beans), 3 sauteed shrimp, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, a gravy boat and a salad. Last night's salad was lame lame lame. Merely chopped iceberg and two cherry tomatoes.... When the boards came out, there were no mushrooms, no mashed potatoes and no gravy. One of our guests asked about the mashed potatoes, so they brought him some and charged him. Question is, what happened in such a short time that they took away so many items and turned it into "alla carte" style? Seems they stopped caring about the wonderful details that they were known for and became about the money. Can't say for sure, but that's what our experience led us to believe, especially because we've all dined there mutliple times in the past. Unfortunately, we will not return as there are so many other prominent steakhouses vying for our business that would put the comfort, finishing touches and the quality of our food into our dining experience. The attached picture is from one of our PREVIOUS fabulous dining experiences on 7/8/2023. I did NOT take a picture of last nights board because not only was it underwhelming, my phone was in my purse that was tucked far away because there was no room for anything at the table but yourself. Even our boards didn't fit on the table, and after mentioning that to our server, he jut walked away... Our bill (for two of us) was almost $300 (which normally, we wouldn't don't care). Finally note: I've also included a picture of my very expensive leftovers. They twisted it up in a black baggie that looked like picked up dog poop after a walk. Not appetizing at all. I hope management takes notice that the consumers DO notice stingy cut backs and cramped atmosphere. It is a very competetive market and our suggestion is not to forget the details, and don't skimp on portions. THAT's what makes a steakhouse "a cut above."

This is supposed to be fine dining. A place where I expect simple food to be made well, not the level of carelessness expected at Denny's or Metro Diner. For $130 a meal for 2 just for the food. It was insulting. Atmosphere: It was colder inside than it was outside. The music is so loud we could barely hear each other. Food: I read the complaints about the burnt taste because of how the steak is cooked by charring. It was an unpleasant burnt steak taste. I don't have an issue with that because I half expected that I wouldn't like it but others don't mind. The main issue is the rest of the food. Plain looking iceberg lettuce salad with standard dressing options. Green beans. The green beans were half yellow because how overcooked they were. I guess they were cooked for the elderly so they have no trouble chewing. Mashed potatoes. The top of the mashed potatoes was very dried suggesting that the side dishes were plated up ahead of time and sat in/under something to keep warm instead of being plated as orders came in. There was a bitter aftertaste suggesting the potatoes weren't washed properly. The shrimp were cheap and cheaply prepared. All side dishes were in metal dishes. The worst offense is the cold plates. Remember the room was also very cold. Maybe the restaurant wants diners to eat quickly before the food gets cold and to out MUCH sooner than the limited 90 min that they impose on tables of 2. The only salvaging thing was the freshly baked bread.

We were tired of going to Longhorn all the time so we thought we might try something new. I wanted a great steak! We had Calamari as an appetizer for $20. There was just enough calamari on the plate for one person, but it was done well. The kids had an order of spaghetti and meatballs with two extra meatballs for $40. Yes, I actually paid $40 for a plate of spaghetti and meatballs. I feel so stupid right now. The meatballs were mushy and had no flavor. The kids didn’t even finish it. We had to make them something else when we got home. My wife had lamb chops. They were cooked right but had no flavor. I had the 32 ounce porter house for $85. It was cooked right but again, it had no flavor. Asparagus was limp and had no flavor, except for the grated parmesan the covered it with. The au gratin potatoes weren’t even worth comment. Is anyone seeing a trend here? I ended up asking the server if they had an extra charge for seasoning. He seemed like he didn’t understand… Tiramasu was delicious but small. The only hit of the evening was the wine. But it was actually a $17 dollar moscato that they were nice enough to charge me $62 for. Going to Longhorn next weekend!

Way too pricey for the quality and service… go to Cody’s, Texas Roadhouse, Longhorns, or Outback and save yourself $100’s! So we decided to go to Beau & MO’s steakhouse upon a recommendation from a friend. Upon arrival we noticed it was very, very dark. You could barely see anybody and we figured maybe our eyes just needed to adjust but no the restaurant is just overall very dark. Our reservations were for 7 PM and we were told that they were running a little behind and that it would be about a 10 minute wait when we asked where we could wait, they said we could just wait behind the hostess stand well the hostess stand is right in front of the wine cabinet as well as the menus so every time somebody needed wine or menus we would have to move all around. When we finally did sit 20 minutes later we were in the middle of a room at a table right in the way of all the movement of the restaurant. We got the porterhouse for 2 when we finally got our food about a half an hour later. Yes, the steak had a hard char, but I didn’t think it was flavorless. Then they brag about… Well it did not live up to expectations. I had to put on a lot of salt and pepper just to get any flavor on the steak. Also the mashed potatoes were burnt on top. About halfway through my meal, I looked down and on the piece that was still on our shared plate, there was a large hair on top of the steak now I understand things like this happen at restaurants and nobody knows really where it came from but when I told the waiter very quietly as to not alert other Patrons, Instead of taking my plate away the plate was left sitting in front of us with the hair on it until the whole entire table was cleared later on and I believe they offered me an extra dessert if I wanted one… I have celiac disease so the only dessert that I could eat at this place was a flourless chocolate cake and I do commend them on having that option avail able and the waiter telling me about it to accommodate my food allergies so I will give them some stars just for that! But I didn’t want 2 of the same desserts. Well, then you can start the clock ticking by the time we got our bill and actually paid and got the receipt back so that I could leave. My husband was at his wits end. He had to leave earlier and go outside because it was just taking way too long even for the payment process. I would not recommend this place at the prices they charge. This is more of a Texas roadhouse style steakhouse than it is an upper class steakhouse. I am very disappointed by the food, especially the service was very slow. The table was horrible. The atmosphere was loud and dark and I left paying over $150 for two people to eat again this is more of a Texas Road style/Longhorns/outback steakhouse and I would expect to pay those type of prices for this type of atmosphere service and food And honestly, I would probably be upset if I paid their prices for this but at least it would be better than over $150!! I do not recommend but I know it’s not all the waiter and staffs fault they are given what they are given to work with and have to try to make the best of it so that’s why I gave 2 stars. I can’t completely bash them for everything they did as I know a lot of of it is out of the waiter or waitresses control or even the hostesses control. It’s the company themselves that needs to come up with a better system for people who are waiting. It’s the company themselves that needs to tell the hostess not to overbook so people don’t wait 30 minutes after a scheduled reservation to sit And it’s not the waiters fault that the food took so long to come out and it might not even be his fault for why it took so long to pay who knows just overall I would never come to this restaurant ever again :( The waiter was very very nice throughout everything so that was a plus anyway I could tell he felt bad...

We went here for dinner early on a Saturday night. Our friends highly recommended it and it had been on our restaurants we wanted to try list for a long time.

First, the restaurant is very small. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they've got so many tables and people in there it feels very cramped, not that cool bar kind of cramped, that awkward I'm standing over someone's table kind of cramped. And it was only like 6 pm, so I'm guessing it may have only gotten worse later into the evening.

Second, to our knowledge and experience, there was only ONE bathroom. ONE! At times there was a line 4 people deep to use it. And again you're standing over top of people's tables while waiting. Just not ideal or really acceptable for such a classy-intended upscale restaurant.

Third, the food. Bottom line wasn't nearly as good as our expectations or other reviews made it seem it would be. Their menu options are good, traditional steak house ,and my fiance was excited and impressed they offered Filet done in the Pittsburgh black and bleu style. His filet turned out good for sure. My ribeye was just ok. The outside was great, the inside just meh. The salad blue cheese dressing was really good but the salads were definitely on the smaller side, but honestly about the size a side dinner salad should be. The pasta bolognese was the biggest disappointment. Impressed they used wide inside of spaghetti noodles, but the overall taste was just meh, and most other bolognese I've had elsewhere was significantly better.

Fourth and fifth, the wine and service. On their menu, they advertised a very good popular and expensive wine in the 2019 vintage, and we were ecstatic as we've only seen this wine at really nice restaurants and it's one of our absolute favorites. When the waiter brought it to the table, tbh I saw the name but didn't double check the year, bc you really shouldn't have to when you're ordering what's directly from their wine list. When I tried a taste, it was a little bit off but I figured it just needed to air out a bit maybe. Halfway through the glass we were confused why it was not tasting like our favorite wine and finally realized that they served us, without telling us, the 2021 vintage. I realize I'm sounding kind of like a wine snob, but the bottle was $150, so you're really only going to pay that money for the exact wine you want. When we spoke to the waiter and asked very nicely about the different years, he gave us the biggest BS answer about how "a 2019 is really a 2021" (literally said that) and just blew it off. He was nice, but the whole situation was unprofessional from the kind of restaurant striving to be an upscale steakhouse. Also, we had to wait and eventually walk up to get his attention multiple times, probably he had too many tables I'm guessing/hoping.

The bill for four of us for dinner came out to almost $700. For that much money, the ambiance, the food, and the accuracy of the menu and staff should be...
