The finest of fast food establishments in St. Pete, I feel bad categorizing it with the rest. Culver’s on 34th St and 13th Ave N is the most pristine “fast food establishment” I’ve witnessed. I typically roll in around 11:45 PM, right before they close- I hate to be that guy but my lifestyle can lead me to not having eaten much all day and getting ravenous towards the end. They are nothing but warm and welcoming every time. The fish sandwich, burgers, especially the curderburger they had for a while as a special item, continue to blow my mind upon each visit! The fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, the custard is phenomenal! The pretzel bites are awesome too and I’m a huge pretzel critic. You really can’t go wrong with this place. Order online and skip the drive thru line if you want to be in a hurry, or enjoy their luxurious lounge inside or lovely outdoor set up. The other night my friends rode up on bicycles, each of us taking turns going inside so that someone was always watching the bikes. After we all got our orders in, they brought the food to the table outside. World class service! Tonight I show up with my helmet on, Charlotte (an incredible team leader you’ve got there!) brought up how I’m on a bike and that a drink caddy would help, then even offered a bag to snug it all up in. She then bagged my food up for me and wished me safe travels. This review is but a small token of my appreciation for your Culver’s location. I went through the drive thru at Culver’s with my family not even 10 minutes ago when they forgot the cheese curds we paid for in our order. So, like normal customers, we called and asked for them to then be offered our whole meal to be remade. I believe it was Casey, an employee who made this promise to us. So, my mom went back inside to ask about it and a different employee told her that they could only remake the cheese curds. Then, a customer in the lobby made a snide comment towards my mother which caused an altercation with him and his wife. My mom removed herself from the situation, and went back inside after they had left only to have Casey then raise his voice at her for simply trying to get the cheese curds we ALREADY paid for and THEY had forgotten. They consistently forget food in orders already, and now I am finding out that we aren’t even able to go back and rectify the issue with the establishment. This was an absolutely ridiculous situation that could have been easily avoided by consistent instructions about which food we were getting back and without unnecessary anger from employees to customers who were quite literally just trying to get something that WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. Absolutely ridiculous in every way. If you want to be treated horribly for a mistake you didn’t make, go ahead...
