Please trust the ratings, this is the worst Marcos in Pinellas County! They’re extremely rude, unaccountable and unorganized…not to mention unprofessional. I placed an online order for my family and I to be delivered and didn’t receive anything that I ordered. We purchased over $90 worth of food not including the tip. Unfortunately because the store was closed by the time I received my order me and my kids had to just suck it up and eat what we were given! The food was semi warm and not nearly worth what I paid! So I called the store the next morning, spoke to Jacob who I thought was the manager, he apologized for everything and rest assured that I would be refunded because I didn’t trust them enough to take the store credit. About 10 days went by and I still never got the refund so I called them back again and was given the run around. I filled out the complaint online giving all the details of what happened. Got a call a couple days later from a different manager, re-explained what happened etc. I offered to sent photos of the ticket that was delivered along with the pizza items that were delivered just so that they could see what i ordered vs. what we were given and he declined. Then HE again apologized and agreed to refund me back for the order and also give me a credit to my account…..he texted me a photo of my order with a huge “refund” stamp across the order details 😂 welp this was 2 months ago and I never got my money back…also the credit this manager claimed was under my phone number at the store isn’t there. Huge slap in the face. They’ll beat around the bush as if they desire to make things right but they don’t give a crap who they rip off, you get what you get and you don’t throw a fit. SMH waste of time and money! I’d give zero stars if I could, you can’t trust any business to be honest...

I called an hour later since I had not received any updates regarding my order. I spoke to a woman named Megan and she let me know they were making the order as we spoke. She explained the reason was because she didn’t want to make it too early since they were waiting for a delivery person to return. Another hour goes by and I called again since I did not get any updates or a delivery. Megan picked up the phone and said they were waiting for a delivery person to come pick it up. In the last phone call, she said they didn’t want to make the order early and wanted a delivery person return. She then mentioned that there was SOMEONE but they left and didn’t pick up the order. No one called me to give any updates or any updates via email. I had to come pick up the delivery myself. This is absolutely ridiculous having to place an order online with an estimated delivery for 30 minutes. But I had to wait 2 hours and picked up the pizza myself. Ordered a large one topping pizza deal for pickup. Pizza had no flavor and black olives maybe less than a handful. .Was dry. Where's the sauce and the stringy cheese shown on the commercials? The deal came with cheese bread and a dessert. Asked for pizza sauce as the option with the bread and didn't get it. It wouldn't have mattered since the cheese bread tasted like it didn't even have cheese. Just cooked dough flavor. Dessert was supposed to be chocolate cinnamon squares but didn't get the chocolate sauce. This had a plastic flavor. Employees must be in too much of a rush for quality check. This isn't the first time I ordered bland pizza here in the past few weeks. I just thought the last time was an off day but quality seems to be taking a back seat here.
