Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

I am once again disappointed with Topical Smoothie...I order from them several times a month ..and Everytime I use their delivery ...the ORDER IS WRONG or INCOMPLETE .. every time!!! I consider it theft when the order is partial..you essentially stole from me again Tropical Smoothie...today once again it was all wrong..like they didn't even try..what is the matter with this location?? I'm so nice everytine I go in , I always tip 20 percent to the Dasher and I tip in cash when I visit this location..WHY can't they get it right? It's starting to feel retaliatory at this point. it's ridiculous .The Dasher said there was no receipt on the bag so he didn't know the order was complete..HOW ?? How hard is it to slap a receipt on the bag ..? The Dasher told me to call Door Dash but they won't do anything because I order right through the TS app. I can't tell you how many times this has happened.... ITS THEFT. I PAY Over 50$ for a delivery...and two items show up in the bag??? Get it together. I'm still waiting for the refund from the last time this happened. Shame on you and shame on you Dashers..you are...

Effectively stole from me.

I placed an order for delivery through the Tropical Smoothie website. Nowhere during the process was I informed or interacted with a third party delivery service.

Nearly an hour later I received Hardy's fastfood at my door instead of tropical smoothie???

When I called, I patiently waited as the employee took several other orders as I was on the line.

After 6 hours, I was finally able to get ahold of the owner. They first tried telling me since they gave it to the delivery driver, it wasn't their problem. They told me I had to contact the delivery service - even though I never interacted with one, so I wouldn't even know who to contact. Finally I explained my only point of contact / payment method was with tropical smoothie and he agreed to make a call and get back to me.

Never heard from him again so he decided to just charge my account. I had to report the charge to my bank and fortunately they were happy to...

If you go to this location, be prepared to check your order before leaving the building or eating. I have gone here 4 times now, with every visit having an issue. Be it completely wrong orders, missing items, subpar smoothies or food, every issue that you can have at this restaurant will occur. The staff are lazy and inattentive and outright rude at times. If you want decent items and service from tropical smoothie, which can be very good, then I suggest avoiding this location and going to one of the locations nearby.

Personally, I ordered a quesadilla and smoothie today, with a bowl for my partner. They got the bowl and smoothie right this time (before they had put incorrect ingredients on), but this time they gave me the completely wrong quesadilla. I will be going to other locations until this...
