Food has a good flavor I am not going to lie, but cold. The minute I got in I was ignore, i was trying to talk to someone and they walked the other way. The lady wasn't friendly, she asked us what we wanted after several attempts I made to order food. the guy didn't even looked at us. The only time he interacted with me is when I paid and it was because the lady told him to charge me (even tho I was right there standing right in front of him). I signed and he looked to see if I tipped them (which I didn't, terrible service). There was a lady and a guy that walked in minutes later and they seemed very friendly. Update: went to Celia's today and was charged 27.82 for a large rice, large beans and 4 pieces of chicken and 7.00 worth of tostonea and sausage. That means that the rice, beans and chicken cost us $20.00. Totally outrageous. Probably won't...
