Tours for Touring Tourists — Attraction in Salem

While on vacation, my boyfriend and I decided on a whim to do a tour and just randomly selected a tour which happened to be with tours for touring tourist. However, it did not disappoint! When we first entered, the staff is so friendly and the shop has a good positive vibe.

We had Kat as a tour guide for Steps Through 1692 which she was fun, engaging, energetic and interactive! I would say for a tour, it was a relaxed atmosphere and instantly we felt comfortable to ask questions and engage with our witch guide -- Kat as well as others on the tour. We did not lose interest once and felt we got a fun comprehensive history told! We loved our tour so much and was intrigued by the Ghost tours that we signed up for ghost tour the following night! Wandering witches was informative thought provoking and a safe space to ask any witchy question that might be on your mind.

Steps through 1962 had a ton of history and allowed you to gain perspective and travel back to another time.

Then the spooky walk was filled with a ton of creepy interesting paranormal finds.

Would absolutely recommend.

If you want unique, entertaining, and educational tours of Salem, look no further! The owner, Sarah-Frankie, is an actual practicing witch and Salem resident as are most of the other tour guides. I took the Salem's Spooky Spectres tour on 10/22/22 and our tour guide, Kat, was amazing. She was funny, knowledgeable and despite my being a former Salem resident and tourism employee myself, I still learned new things. Take any of the tours offered by this company if you want a truly authentic Salem experience.
