I am giving a 2 star rating because I had a not so well experience. While the food was not the grand thing but it was decent, the drive through people were friendly and the service was acceptable, my one and only issue was with the older woman maybe in her 50’s 60’s at the drive through window. When me and a couple of friends went, it was passed midnight and there wasn't a line at all, usually panchos is packed passed midnight on weekends but that day we got lucky and there was not a car in sight. We were literally the only car there. We had asked if we could place two orders under one car seeing that no one else was around, and they had told us no. We asked why when we were the only customers and to us it made ZERO sense to go back around just to buy one burrito. Now, I don’t know if they are just incompetent to know how to do a double order or if they just are too lazy to do it. This is the only place in Salina that I’ve heard of, that does not allow more than one order per car, which I for one think it’s ridiculous. We got to the window grabbed our food and this older Hispanic woman I am assuming… was EXTREMELY rude to us, and had an attitude because we wanted to do different transactions. While we questioned why they didn’t allow customers to do more than one order.. her claim was that it’s because they get “too confused in the kitchen.” She then proceeded to very verbally rude to us and had told us to not do that again or she was not going to give us our food and we would not be getting a refund! I have never had any problems with people at panchos, every drive thru person I have encountered was always very very respectful and very kind. But this woman was very RUDE, impolite, unkind, unmannerly, and disrespectful person. I feel very very sorry for those workers that have to deal with such a horrible human being. The only reason why I give a 2 start rating is because of the unprofessionalism this woman gave off. The food like I said wasn’t bad, but if you ask me, go to Albelardos, or somewhere else in Salina. Don’t give money to poorly mannered people, when they don’t deserve it at all. I hope this helps anyone and I hope they take action to treat their customers with more dignity and respect. We are customers and we chose to go eat at your restaurant, I paid my money that I worked for only to be treated the way I was treated?...
Read moreI went to panchos last night for two quesadillas. One for my lunch and one for when I got off of work. I work the Night Shift so I’m not able to come and go. During my lunch I opened the to-go container and the tortilla for my quesadilla was completely burnt. I called Panchos but no one answered and It wasn’t appetizing so I threw it away and just ate a ramen they I found at work. When I got off I immediately checked the second quesadilla and it was also burnt. I called panchos again and they didn’t answer. It was 2am so I just went home and figured I’d call in the morning. I called 3 more times and no one answered until 4:30pm. I have a baby so I can’t just drop everything to show up to a restaurant. I asked to speak to a manager and the person didn’t understand what I was asking. When I told him about the quesadillas he said I had to bring them in along with a receipt. I told him I didn’t have the quesadillas but I had the receipt. He then gave the phone to apparently the owner which I don’t believe. And she argued with me saying that if I didn’t have the quesadillas I couldn’t have my order redone or a refund. Just horrible customer service. I was a long time customer that...

We stopped at Salina overnight and needed a breakfast place before our journey resumes. My boyfriend and I almost~ settled for IHOP, until we found Pancho’s. We both agreed that coming here would have been better than any experience at IHOP.
Fast, cheap, and delicious. chorizo w pico bacon Total: $10.27
The burritos were perfectly sized and rolled. They both came with cheese, eggs, and potatoes. Fire red and green sauces. I love potatoes in my breakfast meals, and here at Pancho’s, it was cooked to perfection - not over or under cooked. I think all the breakfast taco options were around $4.55 each.
Pro tip: you can quickly turn your burrito into a scramble bowl by simply using a utensil to eat the filling - if you’re not a big fan of tortillas like me🤪
It always brings me incredible joy when I’m traveling and happen to stumble upon good food - especially in small towns where the food options are not diverse and limited to typical American.
15/10...
