Since we are in a pandemic, we've started to order through restaurant apps. I actually like the Wendy's app, I thought it was very easy to use. But even though everything I wanted was clearly laid out, the workers still did not get it completely right and I was missing some of the items I asked for. They also put an extremely mushy slice of tomato on my jr. bacon cheeseburger that literally fell out in little mushed up pieces. I'm pretty sure it was borderline spoiled. I would've been more understanding if they were busy, but they weren't...at all. I called that night to let them know but nobody answered, so I called again the next day. I was able to get the cookie I was missing, but didn't get a replacement for the things they made incorrectly.
Also, they had a young man at the window handing us our food and drinks without wearing his mask properly. It was barely covering his mouth, nose completely out. We are in a pandemic and he is handling food, you'd think he would know better. We've had multiple issues at this particular Wendy's, so much so we stopped going for a while even though it's the closet one to our house. In fact, when we stopped going it was pre-pandemic and on that visit the woman making our drinks was flat out rude. The other Wendy's we've started going to has always been really nice and if they do make a mistake, they go beyond to fix it like giving us a free meal card or something extra for the inconvenience they caused. This Wendy's, however, not so much. We've had some type of problem EVERY SINGLE TIME we've gone there.

Read moreNot impressed!! Ordered food didn't get the small strawberry frosty which was why I went there to get. Went back to tell them and he said to proceed to 2nd window. Had to wait behind 3 cars to get there and then he said the person taking the order didn't charge me for the frosty and I would have to pay for it but by that time all the food I had already received was COLD. I'm ashamed but I told him to f@$%^ off and drove away. So my experience at your restaurant today was cold food and without the frosty that was what I really wanted in the first place!. And of course was given no receipt to prove what I ordered and paid for. Probably won't be back...

We are in town from Wichita for the weekend and we came here to order some quick food to eat and ordered (3) of the 4 for 4s and ONLY got 2 nuggets. We got jipped out of our last nuggets. Okay yes it's only 4 nuggets but we paid for this.. we are absolutely not driving back due to weather conditions it's a simple easy task to do your job right and read off of a receipt or computer monitor.
