America's Best Wings — Restaurant in Salisbury

I have eaten here 4 or 5 times since they opened and today will be my last. Each time I’ve came here at least one thing has been wrong with my order and I have always blamed the fact that they just opened etc. I ordered boneless wings and a kids meal online. When I went there the owner was VERY nice. I arrived before my pickup time and the food was ready then. I drove home and all the wings I ordered were traditional. The fries were ice cold. There was barely any seasoning on the wings. And my kids meal came with burnt chicken nuggets. NO FRIES. and NO juice box that says comes with it. Just disappointing. I called and the only option I was given was to bring it back. I told them I wasn’t driving all the way back and all I got was “we will take care of you next time” whatever that’s supposed to mean. There won’t be a next time and I’m upset that I wasted $30. Definitely not...

Could not order online, it was forcing me to make it a meal. Called the store and placed an order for 20 BONELESS WINGS......that means no bone...... except to the staff. The guy gave me the price and it was $2.50 higher I tried to explain that was incorrect again repeating it wanted BONELESS WINGS. Pick up the order......you guessed it....they were BONE-IN........ called to complain asked for a manager and the guy on the phone what a full detail of my problem and tried to avoid giving me a manager. The manager finally got on the phone and expected me to drive back to the store for a replacement.... that was unreasonable since I would be ok n the road another hour and I had a phone meeting to attend...... unreal. His final offer.....make up the meal at a later date.... like I would go back....VERY...

I've only ordered here a few times but every time that I have, my order has been wrong. My first experience was getting several flavors of the boneless wings to receive them all as one type of flavor despite ordering individually. I've ordered multiple sets of the boneless wings and been given them all as bone-in. The wings have always seemed to have little to no seasoning or sauce on them either. And then I heard good things on their chicken cheesesteak so I ordered that today. It does have good flavor but was completely filled with chicken gristle and a whole bone in my sub. The fries I've only ordered are hard and completely flavorless. I've tried to try again a few times but this seems to be an ongoing trend of messing orders up and not being careful. I can't see myself trying this...
