I don’t like having to go back and change my review. And I do take some responsibility on not simply looking These items up before purchasing. But I felt like I was more than clear about what it was I was looking for and interested in while I spent about 20 minutes communicating with my sales person. It frustrates me how clear I was about what I was looking for and asking if this is the type of products they sell only to realize this is really not something I would want to purchase. Much less spend $150 on something, I never typically use maybe one item but more than likely spend no more than 20 bucks. That’s where I’m A little annoyed. I had a responsibility to really read the packaging and see the Delta nine on the package. I was predominantly listening to the sales person describe the product and not looking at the exact name on this product Because again, I was very clear on what I was seeking. I would never purchase Delta nine products. That’s something I can get anywhere and I was clear I was surprised because I thought I would have to go back to California to get the THC products I liked. I do not like variations of THC. Haven’t tried them but I was not interested based on the things I’ve already heard. Now I’m uncomfortable with using the products once I’ve had a moment to really look at the packages and see that the Delta nine symbol is on them. From the moment I walked in the store I felt among friends, or at least knowledgeable people that actually cared about my cannabis experience. Brandon Hughes, my new friend, was very knowledgeable about all of the products available. The store was clean, bright and had an amazing selection of products. Brandon took the time to go through the whole store with me. He was polite, not pushy and seemed to know that I needed some hand holding! Being completely new to the cannabis world, I had a lot of questions and for someone with a memory of a goldfish (that would be myself) he was the perfect person to re-answer my questions numerous times without any attitude and with the best sense of humor I’ve had from a customer service associate in a VERY long time. Was told “I know what kind of smoker you are” because I didn’t return it for 2 days because I had other stuff to smoke and hadn’t opened it, implying I smoke everything I get the day I get like some fiend. Claimed there was residue in the jar when I received it COMPLETELY EMPTY, if there was you should have looked at time of return not after I leave and bring it up months later. If there was a problem then it should have been addressed at return, not months later when I get a vape that is so unbelievably burnt 2 separate people couldn’t handle.
