Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Salisbury

I have been attending this location in Salisbury Maryland for about a year now. I have always received outstanding services whether it be I’m dining inside and or ordering online. This evening that didn’t happen. It was thee most disrespectful and awful experience. I placed and online order, and when I arrived for pick up the order was the incomplete opposite of what I ordered. I then asked the cashier who wasn’t wearing a name tag on 12/302021 at 630pm, Who names was Mackenzie on the guest receipt. if she could double check the order. She indicated the order was correct. So I went to my vehicle to get my iPhone snd showed her what I ordered. She then still tried to dummy me down by stating in her words” we don’t read special instructions “. I couldn’t believe she said that. Besides that’s why those instructions are there for you to read . I asked for a manager. The manager came out after having to wait 7 minutes for him. He too had no name tag and said his name was Ryan. He was very nasty and demeaning and did nothing to help me. I asked for a refund he told me I can’t get any proof but his word that I will have my $21.49 returned back to me. I asked him repeatedly for a receipt that indicates a refund has been generated he refused. I then began recording him because I couldn’t believe I was being treated this way. I have been coming to this place now throughout the year my total bill has totaled about $600 within one year. This is disappointing and disheartening. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I came in to this location today from a 5-7 mile bike ride and I wanted to order out as a take out. I was really hungry. I’m so happy I didn’t I went to sit in at the bar to have a coors light while I waited for my wings. I was waited on by the most attentive and best bartender ever. Her name was Rebekah . Now, don’t get me wrong the bar and the whole location was backed up. I watched her wait on everybody with great personality and attentiveness I enjoyed my visit. I mean the evening was busy. I am adding an additional experience tonight which I had at the Salisbury location. I placed my order online and when I arrived my order was not correct. I tried to tell the cashier that I place the same order all the time and in the special instruction section were my requests. The cashier who wasn’t wearing a name tag at 615pm stated “oh that’s why we don’t read those instructions “. I asked for a manager. The manager came out and he too didn’t have a name tag. He stated his name was Ryan. This manager indicated he doesn’t have anything to give me for my refund but his word that I will receive one. This behavior was unacceptable. He Continjes to be argumentative. I left the store because I was held up in the store for 30 min awaiting a refund that I did not receive. I must submit a one due to the fact that zero was simply not an option. Service was horrible waitress seemed preoccupied with one table seemed to be friends or maybe family. When we got her attention she was very rude and short. Could not remember her name believe it started with B maybe. Order was wrong cups stayed empty. Everyone has a bad day but this seemed like this girls normal way of conducting herself. We also heard her make derogatory remarks about everyone at our table including about our race when she returned to her table full of friends and or family. They glared our way laughing the older woman rolling her eyes. There are much better options in the area for food where we will be treated with respect and not discriminated against based upon our race it was previllant the way we were treated compared to her table of people and other tables which did not share the same race as us. Maybe people of other races besides white should second guess spending their money at this establishment at least while that waitress is working. Buffalo is obviously ok and supports their staff discriminating against race. We will certainly not be returning to this establishment.
