Hey People!!! Benji’s is an ABSOLUTE MUST STOP! I am even considering making a return road trip JUST for this food… I would absolutely drive thousand plus miles because this BBQ is over the top good!! Top quality meat with perfect balance of juicy meat, crispy edges, and flavorful smokeyness!! The meat was so tender it pulled apart effortlessly! The sides were some of the best home cooking you've had! The CORNBREAD!! Wow! Perfect amount of fluffy and moist packed with flavor! The baked beans have two kinds of beans to add texture, with a sweet sauce balanced well with a bit of tangy deliciousness! The mac and cheese (smack and cheese) had spiral noodles that were perfect to contain the ooey-gooet cheese!
